I bought this specifically for the convection feature. I am disappointed that you need to preheat micro when using convection feature for 45 minutes. That is longer than some items take to cook or bake. I also feel it takes longer to heat things up. (ended up purchasing this from another store. Received two from Best Buy and both were damaged.

The door has some weight to it and is very solid. I find the inside with the chrome difficult to clean though; leaves a lot of wipe marks. The 30 second cook time is the button that says EZ.

This microwave is exceptionally easy to use, clean and is a convection oven as well. It looks beautiful over the range.

Love it over the stove. It adds beauty to the kitchen. Was impressed with how big the inside is. The only issue I'm having is Popping Popcorn. Corns do not pop all the way. They come out burnt. Could you believe that....lol. Will get it someday.

We wanted something that would give us more oven space during holiday cooking. This fits the bill perfect. Microwave works great, but the convection setting allows us to bake multiple items at the same time by freeing up the regular oven.

I had mine come in damaged. They came right out and put on a new door. But I think this one was a lemon. It isn’t as powerful as you would expect and the vent does almost nothing. But it sure is a pretty $500 microwave :/

Nice microwave features and a powerful vent fan that i vented outside. Removes cooking odors at all 5 power settings. A very nice alternative to the standard beeps when your food is done. It plays a little song.

This microwave does it all. Heats things up super quick. The air fryer cooking option surprisingly works wells.

Very good microwave. Very user friendly. The basis instructions are printed on the inside of the door, you don't have to go look for the instruction book if you forget what to do.

The microwave has the features I was looking for and more. So far it has performed great and it is has been easy to use.

It really is nice, but it's been repaired once in the first two weeks, and might have to be outright replaced...

My stainless LG microwave/convection oven was an excellent choice for me and my family. Love all the easy to use features. No regrets.

Great replacement for the older microwave. More features, a great start in our goal to replace all of our appliances.

This is an all in one unit that offers micro cooking and oven baking so you do not need to heat up your big oven for a pizza or dozen fresh baked cookies.

It took a while to get it but it was worth the wait. We are very happy with it!

I bought the floor model and need the door adjusted but other than that it’s great.

Fit perfect as planned. Very good use, sturdy door/handle and functions excellent. Also very nice looking in the kitchen. Brought everything necessary to mount.

I replaced my old GE convection microwave with this LG version. After waiting 8 weeks for it I was excited to give it a try. The convection oven took 30 minutes (or more) to preheat and then it took 30 minutes to cook a small pizza. And it never did get up to 450. My next meal I gave it about 20 minutes to preheat the oven to 400. It never reached 400 but only 350 and that took forever. Needless to say that my dream of having a more efficient convection oven has died on the vine. Considering that gas is less expensive I might a well continue to use my gas oven. I called LG the day after installation (May 16) and they said they would even exchange the oven out for another one. As of today, June 7, I have had 2 replacement appointments canceled and NOT rescheduled. I think I will nix the idea of trying another LG convection microwave and get just the LG over the stove microwave only and buy the countertop Breville Convection Toaster Oven. Not ideal but I understand that the Breville is the best. On the plus side..... I do really like how crispy the convection oven makes my chicken wings but there are no savings in time or energy over my gas oven.

We had to make some adjustments to fit this large LG above the oven, but it was worth the effort. So versatile and uncomplicated to use.

I love the heat sence cooking. Lots to learn about this microwave/ convection oven with all the buttons and different features but I am loving it so far
