||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this product on December 14 and had it installed by some professionals after it was installed the door would not line up with the Dial panel, I call the warranty company for a repair and they came out on January 5 the technician change the door and said that it is still not lining up and that is the best he could do, because the products they use to build this microwave is plastic and aluminum....so it Bends easy, also he said the microwave works good$&@)(?/-

I would not recommend buying any appliance from Best Buy given the 15 day return requirement. Now I have to wait for lg to come service it.

Bad move, it was damaged. If you want a timely refund you have to return it to a store. Was told by customer service to ship to the store, that way it is shipped and handled by Best Buy.
