I can’t review the microwave because it won’t be delivered until the middle of October and it’s only September 4th

My review is very short because I am yet to receive my product but have received my first bill

Product came used and defective. Second try with BB but sto the same result.

I don’t know, never bought this product. It looks good tho

I still do not have this oven installed. 4 failed deliveries many with no show no call.

Wish I could have kept my old GE Cafe of ten years but too costly to repair. Eliminated the Studio LG because of the ugly huge knob (must make it for GE Cafe too because it looks identical). Seems to cook fine but slower than my old one. Only 2 changes I wish it had. First the bright yellow light is on/off no dim or night light. Second the tune at the end of the cycle is obnoxious and can't be shut off.

Replaced an old counter top microwave to save space. Power and capacity were similar and both have convection capability. The new LG has a feature that combines both but I haven't used it yet. Fan is a bit loud at top setting but sucks up the smoke better than the old range hood that the microwave replaced. Probably because the vents are closer to the source. The only issue I had was during installation because the range hood had a 7" diameter round exhaust port and the microwave has a rectangular one at the top back area. I had a hard time finding a rectangular to round converter. I ended up using a vent transition but had to cut a portion of the wood used to brace the cupboard to the wall to get it to fit.

Looks wonderful. Love the quick step features. Used the convection and thought it was comparable to my convection wall oven. My husband loved that it took five minutes to install. He was able to use the same mounting bracket and even the same screws from our old one.

We exchange a Samsung Convection microwave which was a great convection oven (see my review under that model) but that model is defective. The LG does the job but is average compared to the Samsungs features. The LG is also more expensive with less features. Does not seem as powerful. Considering exchanging this for something else.

1.7 cu. ft. Over the Range Convection Microwave Oven LMVH1711ST Installed 4/9/2017 Unplugged 8/1/018 This unit destroyed microwave safe plates and burned a hole through a microwave cover just after the 1 yr warranty. We were popping circuit breakers months before but didn’t know why..now have our answer. A union electrician said never plug is unit into your house again. What am I to do with that suggestion? Called LG customer service multiple times and talked..and talked...and talked. All were non-committal with no answers. A week went by so I called to find they needed more information to continue the process but didn't let me know this. I asked, “Why didn’t you call me?” No definitive answer was given. After 2 more calls, initiated by me, they now have the info. After 3 more days I called again to see what the status of my complaint is. I told the LG rep about the circuit breaker situation and the electricians recommendations for what seems like the 100th time . “Your issue has been forwarded to our advanced team for consideration….bla, bla, bla. Weeks have gone by with out a working unit I paid $640 to have in my house. Told LG they had till the end of that week to answer...no call...never a call from them. Customer service rates “0” and product quality also “0”. I will never have an LG product in my house again Up date 9/23/2018: I have a new Samsung ordered to replace this failed LG.

I've had this microwave almost 5 years.. my extended warranty is up in December, however the screen/brain of the microwave came apart from the microwave and they are unable to locate the parts to fix it. So they are sending me a check to replace it (minus the tax) that's the only reason why I am giving this product 2 stars. It worked well while it wasn't broken.

Not impressed with either the Convection or Microwave. The fact that the timer beeps once when the cycle is complete is ridiculous. I don't even use it. I only purchased LG because GE did not have the color black. I will go back to GE after this. GE works and looks better!

If you purchase this or any LG product(In my opinion) better hope you don't get a bad one. Door won't seal & lock, It is going on a month now and LG can't even get a door for their own product in a timely manner. Now looks like we have to go through Christmas without the use of a much needed microwave & convection! If they[LG] or Best Buy do not resolve this by the first of the year-it will hit the fan!!!

This unit replaces a combo unit, which I have needed to have two ovens for dinner parties and holiday meals. My old combo unit was apparently getting "tired", as this new unit cooks quicker. If you only have a single oven in a range, get this combo microwave/convection oven. You will be amazed at the added convenience.

We were extremely satisfied with the convection microwave until the keypad began to become unresponsive intermittently. It is still under warranty and supposed to be fixed...we are waiting on a part. Hopefully the repair will last longer than the initial keypad. If you must buy an LG, buy whatever extended warranty is offered because they are short on reliability.

Work and looks great! Very sturdy. Convection option is great
