Very nice and easy to use. It has lots of special features for all types of heating.

High quality. Smart features actually work. Easy to setup. Easy for elderly. And has all the features even the pickiest people would ask for. Definifely recommend.

So far so good! Able to change the delivery date online without any hassle. Installation took about an hour and it is definitely the heaviest microwave I've ever installed - definitely not one you can manhandle on your own. It's a couple inches deeper than the previous one, but no handle, so it all evens out. Looks fantastic - just installed last night so haven't had the chance to really test it out yet.

I love my new microwave/convection oven! The only negative feature for me is that it is rather noisy. I’m having a lot of fun with the convection oven settings.

It's been a few months since I installed this to replace my old Whirlpool microwave.
It's fine - I like the (upgraded, at least compared to my old microwave) light and fan levels and the songs it sings when it finishes.
My only complaint: The air frying doesn't seem to work that well and there doesn't seem to be a way to select "air fry" and just pick a time (you have to select the type of thing you're air frying?).
Installation was fairly simple - drilled a new hole for the power cable. I was able to re-use the old microwave wall bracket, so that part was simple.

Decent little machine... Underpowered though. No "Add 30 seconds" button, or a "minus 10 seconds" button, for that matter. It is 950 watts instead of 1000 or 1100 watts. The baking feature isn't as useful as I anticipated.

Replaced 22yo appliance. Install easy-ish for two; easier with three. Wall vent hole compatible with old appl. New holes reqd for wall bracket and upper cabinet. More capacity, much better venting, controls different but easy to learn, less power with convection oven (950w microwave) but after relearning times/power works great. For us, "smart/quick" buttons are useless. Great under light.

Fantastic microwave air fryer. Large interior. Easy to learn. A lot of information on the door and inside. Saves counter top space with no need for a toaster oven. Looks great too.

This has been a great investment. It air fries and microwaves and bakes. I like that the handle is an indent in the side instead of a handle that can break off.

The installation instructions were very clear. I predrilled all of the mounting holes and followed the instructions on securing the back support to the wall. With help, Lifting the microwave into place, and securing the bolts went well. I did make one change to the top mounting screws. I added a fender washer to help spread the load on the floor of the upper cabinet.
