Love my new microwave with air fryer. Works great and love the nice sound when my food is complete.

This microwave looks very good, generally functions well, and has nice “smart” appliance features which are appreciated. My only (major) gripe with it is the vent function which (at least on my unit) seems rather ineffectual. Some smoke from cooking on a range below will be sucked into the vent when on at its highest setting, but not nearly enough to make a meaningful impact. Much of my reason for buying this model was for the vent function, so i am a bit disappointed.

Great microwave, we love the air fryer feature. I also love the steam container that came with the unit, it cooks broccoli perfectly!

I really like the versatility of this unit. I have baked bread in it using the convection baking. The sensor cooking works great too. Combi Cooking is nice. Softening, reheating, keep warm. Lots of features to consolidate appliances.

I like this microwave, however, main reason I purchased it was the combo feature but the air fryer is definitely not as expected. My ninja is way faster and to a perfection. The fact that doesn’t specify it needs to be reheated before used is not true. And even reheating before cooking still takes longer.

So disappointed with this product and the installation, have total Tech coverage, I guess maybe the warranty part of it maybe worth having if anybody ever shows up for appointment to take care of the problem, after some no shows they sent a traveler, partially installed microwave above range, did a bad installation, contacted Best Buy, they made another appointment, this time uninstaller showed up, looked at the situation, seeing what had to be done, said it was a bad installation, called supervisor on the phone said would be back in two days with the parts to fix everything, again no call no show several times with appointments, called Best Buy told them to forget making me any more appointments I was done I had had enough. Microwave is a disappointment also. Have more appliances to buy, not sure if Best Buy would ever be my best bet again. Bought a washer dryer, above range microwave, need refrigerator, range,also, don't think I should buy anything more from them that I cannot install myself, or have installed by someone who can get the job done when it is supposed to get done, and done right. The Wi-Fi on the microwave is a joke, only thing it does is blast your phone every time it finished cooking something no matter where you are, all the special functions are limited to what they have programmed in the unit, sensor reheat has to have what you're reheating in there stupid list, sensor cook same thing, my 25-year-old microwave had sensor reheat you can put anything in it push sensor reheat and reheat it, with this stupid thing things have to be in their list, you are supposed to scan barcodes on product and the microwave will set itself up too the item, I haven't found an item yet that is listed, tells you that item is not listed so you can't use that option, air fry same way air fry what they have on there stupid list, that's it.
Need to stop here getting irritated

This microwave is the worst , its door is to big its over complicated , it has a horrible chime. I paid a forturne for this I reall regret it. The air fryer takes forever,you have to preheat it. The glass plate gets stained very easily due to the air fryer and you can't get it off.The inside is stainless also very hard to clean .

The air fryer built in this product has the most poor quality. When you comparing the cooking time with other air fryer, not even close. Cooking takes more than ten (10) times slower than regular air fryer. Not recommended if you are serious about cooking.

I have not really used the air fry feature so thats my 4/5

Tried to find something wrong.....

My Whirlpool over-the-range microwave and I had a 24-year relationship. At that point it was basically a member of the family—right up there with the cousins you only see on holidays but still feel loyal to.
But like all appliances, its life cycle was… well… winding down. So, I brought home a shiny new LG as a replacement. I told myself, “Don’t get attached. You’ve been hurt before.”
For the first week I treated it like a suspicious new roommate. I pressed every button trying to find something wrong with it. Too complicated. Too fancy. Too… modern. Surely there had to be a flaw.
But alas, LG’s advanced features were just too strong. The sensor cooking? Impressive. The quiet operation? Suspiciously perfect. The sleek design? Completely unnecessary but somehow irresistible.
And now here I am… emotionally invested in a microwave again.
I love my new LG. Apparently; I have a type.

Love this microwave and air fryer... comes with microwavable container and rack for air fryer... has a lot of options for different uses for heating up and cooking a variety of food... very nice design too and easy to install... highly recommended...
