My original microwave stopped working. I found this model online and on sale at Best Buy. It was simple to order and have it shipped free to my local store. Removal of my old microwave and installation of the new one took my son and I about 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon. It has worked perfect since.

This microwave has all the functions I needed and is very easy to use. My only complaint is that it is rather noisy when in operation.

I had a 1.9 cubic foot over stove microwave before. Don't relly notice the small size (inside). I got the stainless steel look to match my LG dishwasher and Refrigerator. Price was reasonable. I used the bracket from my prior microwave as I found the new one to be a bit flimsy.

The microwave wasn't too tough to install and it works nice. It comes with a rack that you can put in the middle but I'm not sure how frequently people would use this? We took it out because we couldn't fit anything else in there with the rack in. I still have to flip through the manual but it doesn't look like there's a quick minute setting like we had on our old micro i.e. hit 1 for 1 minute, hit 2 for 2 minutes, and I wish it had that feature. Also it is louder than expected. It heats fine so we are happy with it.

Was very easy to install; didn't take long at all. Looks great and seems to be working fine. The only thing I noticed was that the door isn't as solid as my old unit so it's feels a little lightweight and has a tinny sound when you open and close it. BUT it doesn't affect it's operation.

Replaced a failed Maytag one. Only real down marks are 1) It is louder than the old one. Mainly the vent at the top 2) The mounting instructions could be better 3) There is no timer Other than that it's a good model

We really love this little microwave. It has plenty of space and is easy to operate. I read reviews that said people think it is very loud...and I do agree it is louder than our old one...but it is not a problem at all for us. Works well.

Good value for an over the range microwave but is noisier than the unit it replaced. Still have not figured out how to use "auto reheat" feature. Simply needed to touch this button on prior units.

We bought this model only because we were selling our house and it was a floor model. We decided not to sell and found that this microwave is great. Great size and great features.

This looks much more expensive than it was. It has all the bells and whistles. I would recommend having it installed. Unless you’re a contractor or very handy! We’ve been using it about 6 weeks and really like it!

Works great so far - about one your in and all is good. HAs a view nice features, like softening butter or ice cream. The only thing we are missing here is a (just) timer function.

We had limited options due to size above our range, but selected this LG based on looks and previous positive experiences with LG. This unit gets the job done for a reasonable price. Although, no timer on microwave is crazy! Had I known it didn't have that basic feature, I probably would not have purchased it. Also, the light inside microwave and light below the microwave are extremely dim.

Great microwave! It’s easy to operate and has a shelf to heat more than one item at a time. The stainless steel appearance is an added bonus ! I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

The microwave is easy to use. I wasn't looking for a top of the line microwave, bc I rarely use it. There isn't a timer and some people may not like that. It doesn't bother me. The oven has a timer and I use my Alexa.

So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. The unit is sleek and has the same options you would encounter in more expensive microwaves. Installation was easy enough to do it by myself.

Love this microwave but one thing I miss it having that surprised me was just a timer. Not while the microwave is running but just a standard timer. Otherwise, it has great features like a soften and melt feature.

Great sleek design and works well. It isn't noisy and heats up food as it should. I don't normally use my microwave to defrost items so I couldnt confirm how well that works but I love this microwave.

Nice over the range microwave. Just the perfect size. LG should have incorporated a timer for other cooking situations, just a minor thing I miss from old microwave.

Looks good in design and works perfectly but noises when operating really louder than I expected especially when you use vent function. Not sure it's louder than stand-alone model.

I've had this microwave for a couple weeks and works just as I would expect it to. It has a shelf so you can microwave two things at once, I don't know how often I will need it but its easy enough to store the shelf. I think its a good value for its price and it does a good job of venting the stove below it which was the most important for me. The draw backs would be it only has one setting for light instead of a high and low. It also doesn't seem like it has a Kitchen Timer but that's not a huge drawback for me, but just in case its important for you.
