This is a simple to use, over-the-counter microwave. It doesn't have the "convection oven" options, but we found we never really used those on our old microwave anyhow, so why spend the $$? This one does have more Watts than our old one and heats food up fast and hotter than our old microwave. Very satisfied with our choice and the help we received online to make that decision.

Great for the price. Only complaint is it’s a little noisy . Works very well looks great

Very stylish, love the look, matches well with our other appliances! We did have to modify our cabinet where the door opens (door wouldn’t open all the way, was catching on the cabinet) but my husband did a little carpentry work, it works now! It definitely is more noisy than our last unit, but works great, does what it supposed to do!

This microwave fit our needs perfectly. I see a lot of complaints about noise, but I'd say it's a pretty average noise level for a microwave. Installation was a little tricky, but that had more to do with the height of our backsplash. We were able to get it mounted successfully without professional help. All in all, I'm very happy with the microwave. The price is also just right!

Good Microwave. Cooks my microwavable foods well and reheats leftovers. My old LG OTR microwave took a dump on me and I bought this in hopes that the mounting wall bracket would fit without having to modify/replace it, and it did. But since I downsized a a couple tenths of a square foot, I had to make a couple new cabinet carriage-bolt holes. Install went rather quick compared to the last time I mounted my last one.

The model is well made, simplistic, looks lovely and cooks food the way I expect. The chart for automated cooking is placed in an easy to read spot. Only issue is the door swings wide at the hinges so even though we matched the size of our old one, we had a very difficult time getting it installed.
