Microwave is nice looking. Door feels a bit light compared to my prior machine. Installation used same back wall metal bracket however needed new top cabinet holes.

I’ve had this microwave for roughly 9 months now, and it really has been good. Only thing I’ve noticed is the above-stove light has burned out already but seems like an easy enough fix.

It does its job... warms your food. This microwave is really loud - sounds like a hairdryer. Apart from that and basic one-touch features, it works well.

We visited three times before we made the purchase. We asked questions, looked at various options before we made our decision. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful in answering our questions and in allowing us to make measurements on the LG so we could see how it would fit into our kitchen. We liked the LG over the range microwave because it has a two speed fan to exhaust air from above the range. We previously had a over the stove exhaust fan. The fan vented through the roof. The location of the inlet to the exhaust duct had to be moved several inches up and several inches to the left in order to match up with the microwave fans. We found someone to do that. Everything seems to be working fine.

I wanted a LG over-the-range microwave to match my new gas range. The first LG microwave I purchased had a green light clock. My gas range has a white clock. I returned it and purchased this one. I paid more for this one, but it has a white light for clock and I can see the control panel better. The other one was unseeable in dim lighting. I can only compare to my old microwave which cooked things in record time, this microwave is average. I can probably follow the times exactly to heat a tv dinner. I haven't got it put up yet, but I am wondering how I will like the gray interior after a while. I think it will clean just as well as my old microwave, but just be darker inside.

Bought this to replace a broken microwave, Best Buy was great on the installation and the microwave works great. Just one caveat, it doesn't have a count down timer - if you want that, look for another model.

I bought this to replace a gold-star microwave that was 8 years old. It does the job so far the only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a timer but no big deal.

Great Microwave, came with the LG package. Pretty straight fwd. I brought online, it magically showed up a few days later with Free Delivery!! Easy to install. Comes with a template.

I've only had this installed for a few weeks, but so far so good. Got it on sale. Good buy for the money. However some users experience issues with LG and Samsung appliances. Hopefully that will not be my experience.

This over the range Microwave / Hood, was fairly easy to install, and straight forward to program and set-up to use. It has a solid built, it seems and works well. The price was right too.

ALL IS GOOD, I DON'T LIKE THAT THE PANEL DOES NOT LITE UP , ALL ELSE WORKS FINE. BEST SIZE I COULD FINE, INCH LESS HERE AND THERE MADE IT FIT PERFECT.

The microwave that I had was not working. The one I purchased is almost the same as I had. The removal and installation went smoothly. The installers were curious and professional.

It was a bit difficult to install but overall is a well microwave. The door is a little waably but it close tight. LG is agreat product . Let see in the long term.

I had to replace my microwave. The LG fit the space I had and looked great. I still refer to the how to booklet since this one is so very different from my old one. I have very happy with this purchase.

I have the washer and the dryer set so i wanted to make sure that i got all my appliances LG. I had an old Kenmore OTR when we moved into our house. It was falling apart and had a broken light bulb. Install was a bit tricky but we managed to pull through with LG's tutorial on youtube for appliances. So happy that Best Buy had the OTR in stock as i was able to install the next day after buying online picking up curbside. I am happy with the cooking times of the LG OTR.. doesn't over cook or under cook. The fan isn't as loud as the previous microwave and i love that it had an led light. Worth the money!

Everything is perfect except the timer isn't a cooking timer. Its the same as you entering a time to cook. The unit cooks/run when you the timer. A bit a miss leading on LG part.

Works great, and it's easy to install by one person. The rack in the middle helps. Just change the light bulb for a led , and it's gonna looks better!

Bought it on sale. Basic microwave and that's not a bad thing. Heat great and looks nice. The only negative is the clock. Why LG choose green which doesn't match their other appliances is beyond me.

This microwave works great. Very reasonable price and an easy installation. I have all LG products in the kitchen and have no issues with any of them.

The product arrived dented 1st time, but the 2nd time a charm. The Best Buy team insured our time delay worked for us and it is installed and works great! Thanks to Dee for her help! Great service!
