This microwave seems to work better than our previous one. I am happy that the installers rotated the fan inside since it is being used as a hood. Warms food up quick and it's quiet. The interior is darker so you can't see the food splatter as much. Could be good or bad.

I purchased this microwave on sale for just under $200 - it was easy to install and has worked like a champ. I didn't notice before installation that it does not have a "timer" function, so that was a bit of an adjustment... we just have to use the one on our stove instead. Buttons are easy to read and it looks good.

Nice OTR microwave. Love the non-white, coated finished inside that enables you to wipe everything out clean. Only thing it's missing is a timer function (which we don't really miss that much - can set it on the range, Alexa, phone, etc.)

Process of elimination.Had a Samsung then Frigidaire both lasted two years.Different manufacturer.Seems to be like the others.Little loud when in use.Cant shut off cycle beep.So far so good.

This microwave is good. The feature that it doesn't have, that I got used to with our old one is that quick cook option where you push 1 and it cooks for 1 minute. I just use the add 30 seconds option and it's not a huge deal, but that's the only reason I don't give it 5 stars.

This is a no frills microwave that will get the job done. One strange thing is there is not quick touch button. If you press 1, 2, or 3 the microwave does NOTHING. You have to actually press in the time you want or go in 30 second intervals.

Powerful microwave. Basic functions. Unfortunately, it only has only one express function and that's for 30 seconds. But if you repeatedly depress the 30 second button it will add up to whatever number of minutes you want.

Very inexpensive microwave, but it works great. Made a few noises at first. But it’s fine. It replaced a Samsung!! Which we now know makes JUNK for any kitchen appliances. I have a Samsung stove and refrigerator also. NEVER AGAIN.

This is a fine UPS Backup electronic device. It has worked well, and I have several. It is compact and has numerous outlets and optional protection ports. Glad that it is so durable and does not get fried when electrical power is suddenly disrupted and on and off so much.

The microwave had good installation instructions and went in as described. It works exceptionally well. Additionally, the internal shelf is wonderful. I can heat up two items at once. I don't understand how a metal shelf could possibly work, but it does.

This is my first time purchasing from Best Buy, I fist went to sear and with the rude service , I was guided to you all. I'm so happy the young man that came out to install was great. He was very friendly and very detail about his work. I am a customer for life now. Thanks for every thing.

I am so happy with my recent purchase. This above the range microwave looks great. The only complaint is the installation template was not accurate at all. Still managed to get it in and it looks and works great.

This was purchased along with a new fridge and stove. The microwave is very quiet. It provides quite a few options for cooking and defrosting. One thing I did like is when defrosting it is not asking to have the food turned over every five minutes...

Replaced or broken microwave with this one and I couldn't be happier. I love the wire rack so I can heat two plates at once and the presets actually work. The plate reheat preset will heat your plate evenly without having cold and scalding bits.

There was no need to review this product prior to purchase because we already have the LG kitchen line for our own home. We were the test subject so to speak. We made this purchase for a rental unit and the tenants are very pleased. We've been adding LG as we need replacement appliances.
