For the price this is a decent microwave. It was difficult to install cause I have granite on my wall. So we had to find another way to secure it. It is a bit louder than my previous microwave and I also miss the feature that allows the rotating dish to stay stationary. However, this microwave gets the job done.

This is a great Microwave for the price. Our only complaint was the VERY dim light for over the stove. It was impossible to see what I would be cooking using the 30 watt bulb that came with the unit. We swapped out the bulb with a 40 watt LED appliance bulb and the problem was solved.

This over-the-counter microwave unit has all of the basic features we were looking for at a very good price. Best Buy delivered the product even earlier than promised. It is a really good looking device that matches our other chrome LG appliances. Two-speed fan vents upward to our roof with plenty of power. My wife is very happy.

This replaced a GE model in the house I recently bought, which had so many bells and whistles that I was still referring to the manual two months after moving in. Since a few of the bells and whistles no longer worked, and I needed a new fridge, I decided to get this microwave oven at the same time. Simple, basic, and it works.

No problems with this. Only thing I would say is that it doesn't have a timer. I didn't realize that when I purchased it. No biggie, as my oven has a digital timer on it, but that might be a problem for some people. Easy to clean

Looks good, installed easily enough. I find that if you follow the directions on packages for the large units you'll get the end result you expect on most things. Certain steam-in-bag frozen veggies need an extra pop. One thing I don't like is there is no setting to hit say the number '5' and enter and it heats for 5 minutes. You have to do 5-0-0 Start or hit the 30-second button X times. I know it sounds petty but the 20-year old GE this replaced had that convenient feature. Overall it's a modestly priced microwave that works fine.

I purchased this to replace an Electrolux that I loved. I was looking for something similar as to the interior size and features and this LG was the closest I could find. This is powerful as it heats up food well and fast. The fan and light are always good features to have. I have not used the defrost feature yet.

My microwave died. I wanted an LG that matches my other LG appliances. This one fit the bill. Reasonably priced. Then charges to bring it to the house, install it, and take the old one away. Remember the old days when those services were included. Oh well, it’s 2018.

I would have given it 5 stars however the fan is noisy. I haven't figured out if there is a way to use the microwave without the fan running.

OK, so maybe I'm a spoiled consumer with first world problems. I bought this microwave because it matched my stove and dishwasher (same line). And It works really well and is exceptional at getting things just right based on the presets. However... I really miss the one shot start that most microwaves have where you can press on the "one" button and it will automatically start a one-minute cook cycle. (And a "two" would cook for two minutes, etc.) But this oven does not have this feature. I get it - Boo-hoo I'm a spoiled consumer. But I miss my "one" button. Otherwise it's a great product.

I’ve had this model previously in black. The handle broke off from the heat from the stove top. Other than the handle issue the microwave is awesome. Easy to use and lots of power. Heats things up quickly. So far so good. Fingers crossed the stainless version has a sturdier handle

It took me while to figure out what size i should choose it was smaller compare to anyother sizes well i ordered it arrived on given time and was surprised how much room quality durable it look and have all major accessories you need to install this microwave very happy with my purchase and reasonable price

The first microwave they sent had something wrong with the door . I called and they sent a brand new replacement. This one is perfect. Was a little annoying to have to take the other one back down. But Best Buy made it right. Plus they price matched !
