I am just happy that during install no scratches were made on the glass or I would be returning.

Will never do this again from Best Buy. After installing on my own after Best Buy techs could not install, we've had this microwave since April. The interior light has quit working. I called Best Buy only to be informed that since the microwave is new I would need to reach out to LG and request assistance and an RMA from them before Best Buy could schedule service. I contacted LG with my information and because I could not walk through their troubleshooting over the phone they would not provide me with an RMA number. Now I have a relatively new microwave with an interior light that doesn't work. Very frustrated and disappointed.

We recognize that having a relatively new microwave with an inoperable interior light is certainly not ideal, and we want to ensure you get the support you need. A common reason for the interior light not working is often a simple burned-out bulb that needs replacement.
Here is a basic troubleshooting step we can offer, though caution is required for internal parts:
Check the Light Bulb Access: For some Over-The-Range models, the interior light bulb is designed to be replaced by a homeowner. We recommend consulting your microwave's owner's manual for instructions on how to access and replace the light bulb, which is often found behind the vent grille. If the light still does not work after a bulb replacement, then a service diagnosis may be needed.

I bought a ge in 2020 and it lasted two years. Replaced with same model number ge in 2022 and lasted two years. Decided to do more research and this microwave is an upgrade. I have a 15 amp circuit breaker and this unit is rated at 14 amps. Another brand I investigated was rated at 16 amps which would have been overload on the circuit. Recommend that buyer do their research before buying. Plenty is cooking options
