When we went to install this microwave, we had issues with the screws and the template not matching up and a nut falling into the microwave. Eventually we were able to get it installed. However, when we tried to open the door, we found that it swings out too much, which meant we couldn't open it all the way. (Our microwave is in a recessed cupboard.) My husband was able to build something to get it to work, but it was super annoying to deal with. Now that it's installed, it works well. No issues there.

Our LG microwave is working well, as promised! We like the looks of it, the features and the way it cooks. I especially like the quick button feature of just pushing the “1” for an automatic 1 minute. It does the same for “2” and “3” , for two minutes and three minutes…no need to push “cook time”. Very pleased!

It's a great microwave. It's very quiet, does lots and looks great. Appreciate the book as a reminder to what it does. Amazing.

This microwave oven fits perfectly over my stovetop and looks good with my other stainless steel appliances. It is much quieter than my previous microwave and seems to cook faster.

I Love my new microwave!! So far all is good..have only had it 1 month..has a nice look to it..the turn table is a little bit higher than my old one but all good. So far its easy to use..

We wanted a basic microwave that was reliable and easy to use. This LG fit the bill for $200 on sale. Not a "smart" appliance but it does everything we need. Without needing an app !!! No complaints.

I bought this to replace an OTR microwave, which I purchased from Best Buy in 2014. This is an excellent microwave. Great ventilation for any accidental smoke in the kitchen. Great features with 9 auto cook settings and Print-Proof finish, it is just what I wanted. Excellent buy!

We bought this as part of a kitchen remodel, and it's worked perfectly. It has sleek looks and is easy to operate. The only thing I would change is have the key pad illuminated.
