The buttons on the microwave are hard to press. I love that you can microwave food & also bake. It looks very sturdy & durable. The microwave has a nice rack inside for baking. I have an LG refrigerator so I wanted to try the LG microwave.

I love how this Black Stainless Microwave matches the range so perfectly and has so many features. The finish inside and out is so easy to keep clean!

Easy to install. Great design and works well. Haven’t been using long, but is doing what we need it to do.

We are extremely satisfied with this attractive, user friendly product. It appears to be of high quality and is extremely quiet when operating. Its' PrintProof stainless steel is very practical. Installation included detailed instructions with the necessary bracket. It went relatively fast. Maybe one hour for a first timer.

The look is nice, but it is louder than my previous microwave. It also makes a small noise when you hit start, which was a little alarming at the beginning until I got used to it. I haven't tried any of the other options yet, so I can't review anything else. It does what I need it to do, and it looks good.

Bought this during Covid as an open box item. Price paid was what was posted online, when I got the microwave home, it had a sticker inside the door with a price $50 less than I paid. Best Buy made the price adjustment afterwords. Looks nice, works fine, the keypad is very stiff.

After the easy and accurate installation by my own handyman, using it has been easy and food is cooked or warmed well. I miss not having the numerals act as minutes of cooking. For example, press 2 and the items cooks for 2 minutes without having to also press cook time and zeroes.

Really spacious and easy to use. Needless to say it looks really good in the kitchen.

Use is easy… can be a little loud, but the brackets holding the tray/grid in are loose, so it “rattles” maybe more than it should… need to see if that can be fixed

Basic microwave for the high price. Looks ok but door not square with frame (fit and finish seems to be a common problem with LG kitchen appliances). Touch panel doesn’t light up. No sound control for loud chime. Stainless finish shows black spots and needs frequent polishing. Light and fan have only one on/off setting. Lacks basic features. Otherwise does what any microwave does. Should have spent more time researching this before buying.

This microwave is very easy to use. It's interior is very easy to clean. The only complaint I have is the control key pad is not lighted which makes it difficult to see. It is not finger print resistant, so i clean it after each use.

Good little microwave that fit best over the range for the package we bought. The buttons require a firm push versus just a touch. I don't understand having a metal rack in the microwave? I guess I don't microwave multiple dishes at once.

We recently purchased all new LG appliances, and absolutely love them. Every single one is "Smart" with the only exception being this microwave. It works, and it works well. Nothing fancy about it. My main critique would have to be the buttons. They require some force to press, and makes you hesitate on moving on to the next button. The other thing I don't particularly care about is the fact that it doesn't have shortcuts for 1, 2, 3, etc. Where on previous microwaves, I could just press 1, and it would just run for a minute.

Love that it matches my appliances. Don’t care for how loud it is. Also, because the lights underneath are not LED, if you leave them on it will warm the inside of the microwave. Otherwise functionality is good and works well!

This is the best microwave we have ever owned. It heats the food all the way through and even has a feature that it will sense the food and heat up according to what’s in the microwave. I will say the light inside the microwave is very dim as well as the light over the range. It’s just too dim.

Wanted to give this a bit of time to use before reviewing. The microwave is pretty good. Only real thing that I would have like differently, but couldn't really tell with an online purchase, was the light has only one setting, and the touch/buttons need a fairly firm touch/push to activate them.

We really like it, but for some reason it seems to be a bit noisy at startup. However, the functions / working options are great. (exhaust fan, light, cook settings, etc)
