In general, this microwave works well and has some nice features. I've used some of the programmed settings (Melt, Soften) and am pleased with the results. Pretty straight-forward installation

Sleek looks, easy to program, and heats foods very nicely. Very easy to keep clean. Goes very nicely with our new stove both of which are stainless. As well, the timer comes in very handy for reminding us about other chores. The exhaust fan is excellent for removing particulate matter when cooking. All in all an excellent purchase.

Good strong microwave but doesn't have lights behind the keys like most so hard to see buttons. Smaller inside than others but only one to fit in my built-in space. Love the interior design and is easy to clean.

I really love the microwave. Great upgrade from my previous model. Simple sleek design. Easy to use. The sensing feature works very well. The fan is what I expected. Low setting is quiet, much quieter than previous microwave. I have not used the rack and keep that out. Love the print proof stainless steel.

The panel is hard to press you need strength the glass plate broke within a Week. I do like the functionality and it works well otherwise

This microwave by LG is very nice, clean lines, simple features, easy to use, high enough power, and appears durable.

So far, so good. Easy to install, features are great, looks great.

Priced well, performs well. Replaced an older unit that went out. Install was easy except of course had to make some mods to the cabinet bottom because the old unit was not quite the same (but close!) Beeper is loud. Keypad is not backlit, although neither was the old one we had.

The microwave oven was easily installed and performed as specified from day one. It really looks good with all the other stainless steel appliances I have acquired over the last year. It has been trouble free as of now. I really like the soften and melt options. Eliminates guessing. I do not like the over the range light. It is far too dim. It needs a stronger wattage bulb but I don't know if that is feasible with this unit. Perhaps someone can tell me.

This is okay. We went the cheap route. It works fine. The only problem is the buttons are hard to press and someone need to press 2-3 times with more pressure. I thought it needed to be broken in but it's been a year. It's not the computer module. It's amy button on the control panel. It gets annoying every time you go to use it and are wondering how many times you need to press each button to get it to work.

The microwave works great. My only complaint is that the High Fan setting is very loud and almost makes it impossible to have a conversation in the kitchen while it is running.

Bought as a replacement for a different brand. LG fit my spot perfectly, including the drill template for the overhead cabinet and the mounting frame! I like all the programming features and quick-touch buttons: "Add 30 seconds" is my favorite- especially when you just hit it once and don't need to press start. One positive that's also a negative: The beeper is loud enough to hear throughout the house - I do wish I could program that to be soft or silent, but if that's possible, it's not in the manual. As a 1000 Watt microwave, it does a great job, from cooking bacon to defrosting frozen food. We're glad to find this exact fit for our space!

One of my favorite features is that all the accents are stainless not plastic like done. It is easy to use looks nice. Only con is that it is a little louder than my old microwave. The installation instructions were not great but YouTube is fabulous!

I'm glad I purchased this microwave and was able to get it on sale during the Memorial Day special! I wish it came with express buttons to set the cook time like for 1 minute, 2 minute, etc. instead of having to manually set the cook time for things. The sensor buttons cook well especially for popcorn since my popcorn did not burn and there were few kernels left over. This microwave was purchased to match my LG stainless steel refrigerator and range. I gave it 4 stars since it's 1000 wattage and takes a little longer to warm up some dishes than my previous microwave.

Works well ands is easy to use. Pretty quiet. Would be nice to have the express buttons like our previous model but not a big deal

Purchased when remodeling kitchen to replace a counter unit (also from Best Buy). It matches everything and easy for anyone to use - self explanatory touch pad. Comes with rack to help create whole meals, but have not needed that function yet. We use this multiple times each day with no problems.

I purchased this microwave to complete my new LG black stainless suite. I LOVE this product and the color us amazing on my white cabinets. The features are similar to the last LG model with a few updates. I would definitely recommend you buy this model/product.
