easy installation. shows fingerprints a little but works as expected

This microwave replaces one that came with our condo and was about 15 years old. I have given it a 5 rating with the minor suggestion for backlighting or otherwise lightning the control panel so you don't have to turn on a light to see what you're control you're pushing. The instruction booklet is easy to understand and the results when followed excellent. I really love the little tune that signals the the action taken is done and that when you open the door it stops.I am still leaning more about all that it can do but so far I'm loving it!

Happy wife, happy life! That's why a 5-star rating. Works great, nice modern look, inside and out. Good instructions, straightforward installation. I would like a brighter bottom light and a description of a replacement bulb. I plan on installing a brighter LED once I figure it out. I found a majority of negative reviews as nit-picky.

I bought this gem to replace the perfectly dreadful Samsung - 1.7 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Convection Microwave with WiFi - Stainless Steel, which I purchased in late March of this year. Unlike the Samsung, my new LG actually has a dedicated button for setting different power levels and a separate timer. It is quiet, powerful, capacious and features an intuitive control panel, which makes it easy to use and to program. I love it!

Nice microwave that replaced a whirlpool. Has good features and heats evenly. Easy installation. Matched the stove and refrigerator.

Bought this microwave to replace a defective Samsung microwave. The microwave works very well and is easy to use. We like the chimes it plays instead of the annoying beeps from other microwaves. The light for the stove top works well. We have owned it about 2 weeks and so far very pleased.

Our LG microwave finally gave way after about 20 years! We had an air fryer and a toaster oven but still felt that we needed a microwave. Went to Best Buy first as we felt we would get the best deal and we didnt have to go anywhere else! Having a Totaltech contract came into play! This LG is easy to use and seems to be doing a great job so far! No complaints!

Microwave is a replacement … works fine, does exactly what we want it to do. And, it’s a little bit “smarter” than the older one it replace.

We purchased the microwave along with 3 other LG appliances for a kitchen makeover. All of them look impressive and fit our needs but the microwave, though it works great, has several shortcomings. Although the microwave cooks quickly and consistently, there is no backlight on the keypad and the letters are so dark that the overhead light is needed to use the keypad if the light coming in through adjacent rooms is obstructed such as on a cloudy day. Additionally, the roller ring under the plate inside the microwave is sometimes easily moved out of place when removing large bowls or heavy plates. It is then not easy to get the roller ring back into correct position so that the plate rotates evenly. Also, it takes three buttons to set a time to cook anything. For example, to set the timer to 30 seconds, it is necessary to first press the "Cook Time" button and then the "3" and "0" buttons because buttons 1, 2, 3 are preset to a certain number of minutes unless the "Cook Time" button is pressed first. I would purchase the same product again because it looks good and easily fits our needs. We have had the microwave for about 11 months.

So far a nice microwave. The bell is quiet and it sings instead of beeping. If you leave the light on underneath the microwave stays warm inside all the time so heats food faster. Light inside is fairly dim.

I love this microwave ! It does work perfect ! I only hope that will last some years !! I do recommend it!
