I purchased an LG microwave. It is great, I love it.

Had a product failure with my original LG microwave after 15 months and received a replacement unit under an extended warranty. LG no longer makes the model I had, so I chose a similar model at the same price point as my original purchase. The difference between the old and new units is like "night and day." The new model is soooooo much better. The touch screen on the old unit required lots of finger pressure to operate... the new unit works with a gentle touch. It's like I purchased an upgraded unit... "well done LG."

So far, so good. Microwave functions well, but is rather loud when cooking. Vent fan activates whenever the microwave is in use, despite the owner's manual notation that it only comes on when it detects heat from the stove.

My old microwave was fine. I only purchased to match the color of the stove and refrigerator. I'm glad i did, it's a great microwave and looks beautiful over the range. The black stainless steel is gorgeous in my kitchen.

Easy install. Mounting took a bit, much lighter then our old unit.

Beautiful. You can see what you are heating up through it and is nice. It has a little music when is done. Lovely. The only thing is that is very noisy. Other than that we love it.

I have not used the MICROWAVE at this time. The delivery guys did a great job. Thank you for giving me a chance at the money.

Our home had a new low wattage microwave that i hated. This one is soo much better. Cooks everything quickly with intuitive controls snd stong vent for the stove.

Microwave has been working very well. No problems at all. The installation was great. The guys did a great job. They took extra care to keep from damaging my backsplash above and beyond.

I like this new LG Thin Q Over the Range Microwave especially the sensor cook feature and the menu for cook times all labeled when you open the door

I would have given a 5 star rating but we have issues seeing the control panel early in the am as the panel does not light up (we keep a small flashlight nearby to use it).
