Love all the reheat options. The biggest selling point was the glass touchscreen, my last microwave had plastic buttons and they cracked after a couple of years.

I previously only purchased GE appliances but my last GE microwave died and was replaced three times in a year and a half. This LG unit works great and was less than $250. I really love the finish looks high quality and shows no fingerprints

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had this microwave for exactly 2 years and at first we loved it, we had heard LG was a good brand. Within the first couple months the interior light blew out. No big deal but didn’t expect it so soon. Now the magnetron is burned out and the microwave doesn’t heat. I contacted LG, the part is covered under warranty but it costs $350 just to have an LG contractor come to look at the microwave. The $350 is apparently their “flat rate repair fee”. Had a local repairman look and he said it would be cheaper just to replace the entire thing plus installation. So two years later my original purchase is already non functional and the warranty is useless unless you’re happy to fork out $350. Will NEVER buy an LG appliance again.

It was 3 technicians that arrived to uninstall the old microwave and install the new one. One installed , one helped with the tools and the other did cleanup and made sure every detail was precise. Great work.
