Our LG microwave finally gave way after about 20 years! We had an air fryer and a toaster oven but still felt that we needed a microwave. Went to Best Buy first as we felt we would get the best deal and we didnt have to go anywhere else! Having a Totaltech contract came into play! This LG is easy to use and seems to be doing a great job so far! No complaints!

As for the microwave itself, it was installed by your excellent service department and is working very well. My biggest complaint purchasing this was NOT BEING ABLE TO TALK TO THE STORE PERSONNEL when I was interested in buying it. NO LOCAL PHONE NUMBER!!!

Our over the range microwave went out and we selected this LG as we have began to replace all our kitchen appliances to be LG. Selected this one for its sensor cooking and connection to LG App. Overall easy installation and has a nice jingle when food is done cooking along with a top and front exhaust. Only con i would say is the bracket on the back side is only a botton staight piece vs a u shape that i have had on others.

Works quickly with convenient shortcuts. Easy to use with logical shortcuts. Attractive unit.

Works great, seems more powerful than the Kitchenaid it replaced. Weirdly, I think my favorite feature is the chime when the timer ends. Instead of an annoying beep, it plays a short melody.

I had to replace my year and half old Frigidaire microwave OTR that came with my newly built house. I came across this LG. And the wife and I couldn’t be happier. I had BB install my microwave and that was a smooth process with scheduling and installing. If this microwave last longer than the old one, I call that a win in my book.

I just bought the LG 1.8 CF over the range smart microwave with sensor cooking and easy clean- stainless steel. I have not had a chance to use it much yet, but I like all the options, and I like the design and layout of the keys. It is a good match with my LG range. I hope to write an updated review after using it more.

Great microwave! So far, all of my LG Appliances are awesome. Very happy with the performance and look of this along with the range, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Our new LG microwave is fast and beautiful! It does not have a lot of complex features but fits our small space needs perfectly. It plays cheerful little tunes when it is finished heating or timing food prep in the kitchen.

All the features seem to work as designed. Cook and defrost times are decent. Popcorn need a little extra time added. I like the 30 second button, which you can push to easily add a few extra seconds to anything. The fan has two settings, the highest one is a bit loud. The light feature underneath is useful. The little ditty it plays when finished might annoy some people, but I just think it sounds friendly instead of having an obnoxious buzzer or beep.
