    Smaller than the one it replaced but looks good in the kitchen and you never know how much you use something until it dies. It was difficult waiting for this one to be installed. Installation went quickly and it functions flawlessly.

    Replaced an old and broken GE otr microwave with this one and so far performing as described. Love the LG ThinQ app to control the exhaust, light and even the clock setting. This one looks smaller than our old one. Hoping its durability holds up.

    Ok microwave, controls are not intuitive, but has large capacity & seems to work well. Bought this one because it is sitting above a gas stove & wanted to vent exterior, but we had so many issues that we just vent to the inside & installed a separate exhaust fan. Also installed it too high above the stove. Last 2 items were on us not LG.

    Love the microwave. Didn’t realize it was dark inside but helps to not show food splatter. Love the settings and the chime when it’s done. Didn’t realize it was wifi capable when I bought it but like that I can control from my phone somewhat.

    Does everything we wanted from a microwave. Had loose door problems with old unit; but this LG door is firm, latches and releases easily. Installer did efficient and fast install.
