    This was pushed on us because it was an "open box" return. They assured that all parts were complete and brand new. After getting home and getting it installed we learned that the bracket that must be used to mount with had been ripped from the previous persons wall and damaged and bent. I had to have this fixed before mounting the microwave. Love the microwave and it looks great now.

    This 1.8 cubic inch over-the-range LG microwave has fully met my expectations. This new one is comparable to the 2.0 cubic inch LG model that I bought in early 2020. (A nearby lighting strike wiped out that one.) My slight annoyance about this new one is the glitzy electronic “tunes” it plays, instead of the more standard beeps, when food is ready.

    I love the looks of this microwave as well as it's functionality. I have an LG side by side refrigerator & have decided to slowly convert all of my appliances to LG. This microwave looks great in my kitchen!

    I chose this microwave as a replacement of my broken MWO. It was easy to install, not heavy, I was able to install it myself. It's easy to use and really cooks/heats up food real fast. Thumbs Up LG!

    We have had this for two months because we had to replace our 4-year-old GE over the range. This one is better. We find the controls and auto-sensing features accurate and easy to use. The ThinkQ app on the phone is mostly a fun gimmick, but its fine. The fan and range light are well-designed. I installed it myself.

    Works well. Easy to clean. Like the smooth and simple control panel. Replaced an older GE that quit working. Fit was perfect and install fast. Have used it a few weeks. No complaints.

    Great look!… but the ring sound of the timer option is not my style. The little metal vents underneath the microwave seem to move and sometimes fall off the microwave. I like the lighting underneath the microwave. It’s been easy to clean.
