Well I tried to put it together and the hornets wire was disconnected and the unit would not run so I had to order another one and send the first one back

It arrived damaged, same model I bought 4 years ago. Maybe this one will last 4 years.

A very good quality and a good price. This unit puts out a lot of cold air and the electric bill is lower too.

This is an awesome product. Temperatures here in the low country have been really hot this summer so when our old air conditioner quit we had to quickly purchase a new reliable product. This product maintains the desired temperature and is doing it very efficiently.

This air conditioner blows something real. If turned up all the way & turned to min 62 you will get cold. I block off my livingroom and sleep with door open since it will cool livingroom & bedroom. My coop is 800 sq ft. It is VERY VERY heavy. Minimum two person job i would suggest three.

The machine cools very well. Unfortunately, it is extremely noisy.

This air conditioner has been the absolute worst thing I have ever purchased in my entire life. $600 for the unit, another $100+ for delivery and install, I have put over $700 into this incredible disappointment. It worked for the summer I purchased it, then at the beginning of this summer everything broke. It will not turn off, it will not cool, the whole grill freezes over like a huge block of ice that then takes two days to thaw and leaks all over my floor. As if this isn’t frustrating enough, I spent nearly a month of several phone calls trying to get LG to honor the manufacturers warranty. They were always apologetic, then would claim to make repair appointments with a local servicer, but when I called the servicer to confirm they said they never got a request from LG. This happened SEVERAL times. The one time someone actually did make a legit appointment for me, the repair man never showed. I had to reach out to LG via Facebook before someone finally came out. I had it repaired on Tuesday. By Saturday, it was freezing over and not turning off again. Save yourself so much pain. Do not buy this unit. The experience getting Best Buy to install it was an utter nightmare (which I let go at first because I was just so happy to finally have cold air). The LG customer service is an utter nightmare. I will never buy an LG product again in my life. I had very little money when I bought this unit and had to put it on credit because my family was miserable. A year later I am still paying on it and it doesn’t even work. Best Buy had always been trustworthy in the past, but this product is so appallingly terrible that I have seriously lost faith in the quality of Best Buy’s products and services.

Cools the room quickly, not difficult to install and simple to use.

So far we are happy with it. We did see some negative reviews but the majority were positive so we went with it. It does cool the room pretty quickly and quite well. The space is a little over 1000 Sq feet.

It does the job of cooling the area, but VERY LOUD.

Cooled down the Sq ft that it said it would and easy to use.

Cools our needs without any concerns . Its nice to come home to cool instead of warm area.

The AC unit works well and cools our den just fine. Installation was good. The Pilot delivery to the house took awhile to get here but finally here after 2 weeks. Ordered online 8-24-22 & delivered 9-7-22.

The air conditioner works very well, but it arrived with a lot of dents and a big crack down the side of the front faceplate.

I needed to help out the central unit in the main bedroom, they think it has to be 60 degrees to sleep, this ac unit definetly gets it there.

Excellent product I cannot believe how cold my house gets you don't even have to turn it up that much I definitely recommend this product over all the other ones that are out there

I love this unit. I use it in my insulated separate Two car garage . Only costs around 35$ a month to keep it at a comfortable 69 degrees

Really keeps my room cold. I have to turn it off after 30min.

Great air conditioner for the price! It is a little large and you might want a couple strong hands to help get it into your window.
