My biggest complaint w/this is that it didn't come with a sleeve, as stated in the product specifications. So that delayed my mod and install to get the sleeve. Best Buy worked with me on it and it came quickly. As far as how it works, I have no compaints other than it is a tad louder than I expected. However, it works great and I'm very pleased with it.

Bought two of these. Very pleased with heat and air functions. A little louder than we’d like but still tolerable.

The unit works great. Heats and cools. Not super quiet but not super load either. I would recommend

Ordered online and took forever to get to the store to pickup. Once picked up it worked great until a few weeks later.now everything works except the ac. Fan still blows but doesn't cool the air. Tried to make a claim but best buy screwed up. The model number on the receipt does not match the actual ac unit so they said there is nothing they can do. They expect us to go into the store so they can make a new receipt that matches the model number. So basically i have to do there job for them. Would have been nice if they gave me the actual product i ordered and waited weeks for during summer when ac was needed.

Not as good as I originally thought it would be. The fan speed is quite slow and the unit makes a lot of noise. The shims that were included to change the angle of the unit does not hold up well do to it being made of foam.

i had this one 2x before but it was marketed for 550 sf instead of 440sf but i have gotten 2 shipped incorrectly , one with out the heater option and theother broken in 2 places. when I receive the right one in the mail that is not broken somewhere in the shipment and hopefully the right replacement, i ll know if this model is working as well as the previous model like it 8 years ago.

I was not informed that the unit has no shell so I had to tape screen fabric to lay over it and taped it down. And the unit isn’t strong as the previous one used in my sun room, it cycles off and on and there’s no setting to turn that off it’s not good when freezing cold outside and the unit cycles off. Real piece of work.

Have owned this air-conditioning unit for a little more than a month,and everything has been fine, cools the living room very good.

Works great cools better than I thought it would do,rit right in the old air conditioner spot.

It works..Lets give it a couple of few Seasons... We are venturing into the most important time of the year for this piece of equipment, "Hurricane Season".... I'll keep you posted,,, Den

Very good wall A/C. works very quiet. For hot and cold air.

Great AC. It's heavy like other ac's but it is very easy to install. I got it at a good price and had no problems so far.

Satisfied with quality and performance. No issues so far. Summer coming upon is though so we will see

havent run it yet because we didnt get the wall sleeve and we also need to get an electrician to run a 20 amp line
