I purchased it for the heater element however I have not been able to try it yet. I had to run 12 gauge with split 20amp breakers for it just a heads up. It’s easy to install, just make sure you have a drill or a driver

It took about 2 hours to remove old unit from wall mount, clean the area and install the new unit. It is cooling very well, temp outside is 96 inside got down to 77 (the temp we set) very fast. I like the remote control, makes it easy to change settings.

It does exactly what they say it does plus a little bit more... You will enjoy..

Never recd the item so I have no clue if it is worth the money, warranty or workmanship 2. Store nor manufacturer advised status, shipment date, location Waited 4 weeks and went to store of purchase just to be told "We don't know what happened as it shiws shipped but no clue where, to whom or when or for that matter where the unit is currently located
