    This was bought as a replacement but not because the one we had had stopped working but because we just needed another with more BTU. Our old time home needs more insulation and the 12,000BTU AC/Heat just wasn’t cutting it for this Louisiana heat this year so I went up to a 23,500BTU AC/Heat (same exact name brand unit just more BTU and square footage coverage) I’m now able to cook in my kitchen... that’s how much of a difference this AC purchase has made in my life. That one we replaced still worked so good (being 3 years old) that we decided to put it in our bedroom. Definitely recommend this item.

    Very nice unit. Deliver was nice, put it on the porch for me, and let me know it was loaded side-ways on truck, so let it sit for 24 hrs before install! Very cool! Easy installation, works good too! Luv the fan, can put vents on oscillation, & cuts off fan for energy saver! Impressed with this unit,!!!

    well the ac works great just got in June has been hot this year but it the room 15x15 feet and it keeps cool the heater won't know till it get cold out if it work as good .so far lm very happy with ac/heather unit

    Just bought it a month ago and only used the heater. It is a strong unit - puts out nice warm air (not hot) that quickly fills about 1000sq ft. Very happy with performance so far!
