Recently moved into a duplex without central AC. We have 3 bedrooms, all of which are smaller (<200 square ft each). We decided to try a couple of these AC units, and we LOVE them. The pros: - Cools the room quickly when first turned on. Even on a hot 90+ degree day, the unit can get the room to a comfortable temperature within a half hour. - Super simple controls. I love how easy it is to either raise or lower the temperature, and select either the high or low fan speed. - For not having an inverter, it's relatively quiet. On the low fan setting, I hardly notice it on in my office while I have a headset on for work. - It's very easy to install. It's quite light, so just about anyone could probably get this into a window. - It doesn't use much power. I was quite happy with our electric bill. We had moved from a slightly smaller, much newer apartment with central AC, and our montly energy usage is about the same here as it was there during the summer months. - The price is fantastic. We've owned cheaper window units in the past, and they were not nearly as nice as this. This is well worth the money. Cons: - While I do love the simple controls, it comes at the cost of not having a remote. Any time you want to change the temp, you need to walk up to the unit. I don't mind it too much though, as I usually set the temperature once and leave it there for hours. - The airflow adjustment isn't great. I feel like this is a problem with a lot of window units, not just this one in particular. Regardless of any adjustments you try to make to the direction of the airflow, it still kind of comes out at the same spot. All in all, quite a nice unit for the money. Hoping they last a long time.

Amazing price do i purchased 2 of them. Cooled the entire single story home in less than 10min. The size is sleek and space saving. Very easy to clean

It’s good. Had it for a year now and it cools down my room spectacularly. It’s definitely for a smaller bedrooms though, as I live in a dorm style apartment and my room is 100 square feet.

I like that it isnt heavy i like that the vent doesn’t allow the air to come straight forward out but up towards the ceiling so it wont blow directly on the kids i bought 3 i love them

Got my AC tonight. Excited to set it up. To my surprise the louvers were about 1.5 inch wide shy but I had to improvise and made it work. I hooked it up to WiFi plug since the AC is manual. I use my app to turn on/off. Air is directed towards ceils where the warm air is. Nice kool air and quiet too.

Quality is good. I takes a little bit of time to make my small room cool but its worth it.

Nice cold air. Easy to use. Dependable mechanical controls. Quiet. My second one. I bought the first one last year. I needed another one in a different bedroom this year. This was the only unit I considered.

Yep! It's certainly does it's job. I'm using this in my medium sized bedroom, and it keeps the room cold. In fact, if I leave the bedroom door opened, the rest of the hallway gets cooled down. So far, so good. The only problem is that it doesn't fit the window properly. The bottom of the unit seems to be designed for specific window frames, making it difficult to get aligned without the proper tilt necessary to keep from water spilling inside. And in case you're wondering, it does NOT include a remote control.

Needed to cool a very small room for my toddler. Also was looking for a vent that blew the air upwards rather than outwards. AC is very quiet and does exactly what its supposed to. I wish they made AC's less then 5000btus but they dont, so here we are.

I purchased this little air conditioner for my bedroom and was hoping that it would help keep the kitchen so what cool also. To my surprise it does. I am very happy with my purchase.

It’s good for a medium sized bedroom. The only problem that it doesn’t turn off automatically

Very quiet! Works well, cools a mid sized room down quickly. However it is very heavy!

I got this for my Mil's small room ..10x11 ..we've never had to turn it up past 3 even on 90* days. Install was easy, only been a couple of weeks but works fine ..so far so good.

I like that its quiet, price was reasonable. I had a portable ac in my room and regretted it a thousand times. Made a good choice buying this ac.
