I purchased this LG refrigerator Nov 2016 because my other counter depth refrigerator broke. You can see fingerprints everywhere on the outside!!! The water dispenser takes a while to get used to. The way it is positioned on the door is awkward. The bottom freezer is a good size. Still need some time to see how well it performs overall.

We have had the refrigerator for a week and it has been great. It is extremely quiet. We like the drawer arrangements in both the refrigerator and freezer. The retractable shelf works well for storing tall items like box wine. The ice cube size is perfect.

Love this. Perfect fit. All the updates. Energy efficient. Love the French doors and pull out freezer.

Good size fridge. Freezer is a little small but I have an extra in my garage so it’s fine.

So far I have not found anything negative about this refrigerator. It is beautiful sleek quiet and seems to meet our needs. We wanted a slimmer frig. Our old side by side was so bulky in our small kitchen. This model is so nice. We love the french door style with freezer at the bottom. There is a top shelf that slides back to give you space for tall bottles. It is a little less space than we are used to but we are adjusting and actually are keeping the frig more organized because of that. It might be to small for a family but for a couple with a small kitchen it is perfect. The icemaker only makes a small amount of ice but they do give you a bin so you can fill that up as it produces ice so if you are having company you should be fine with that

I purchased this LG refrigerator in November 2011 at Best Buy Dublin after many hours of research. I am still SO pleased with it. Sometimes I open it just to look at it. It is without a doubt the best and most beautiful refrigerator on the market, and the price was good also. It's lovely to look at with a classy and sleek front and everything about the interior is beautiful and efficient. The capacity is HUGE! We love the lighting that is attractive and also allows us to see every shelf and drawer. I have seen comments about not enough tall space. Just remove the sliding shelf on the upper right and there is more than enough room for tall items. It doesn't need that shelf since there is so much other space. I wasn't sure I wanted a water/ice dispenser. I am so glad I got it. We use it several times a day. The water is always just the right temperature of cold and surprisingly delicious because of the filter. We love the small ice cubes and the crushed ice. It is important to empty the ice container once a week so that the ice does not stick together. We put the extra ice in the freezer. This is the only refrigerator that we found that utilizes every possible bit of space inside. It was so easy and logical to load right from the beginning. I'm so appreciative of the way it keeps vegetables and fruit fresh for such a long time. I certainly was not used to that with my old one. We love the three drawers and have put two dozen eggs in the middle drawer. I was amazed at how much I can put in the other two drawers, including the large tubs of salad. The bottom deli drawer is HUGE and holds not only meats and deli items but also my bags of dried fruits and nuts. The freezer is comfortable to use and so large that I never fill it up. It is all cleverly designed right down to the little tray in the freezer for frozen vegetables that tilts forward when you want to remove them. And it is QUIET! That is such a relief after my old very noisy refrigerator. This LG refrigerator is a delight to look at and use and I highly recommend it.

The French Door Style is a better more user friendly lay-out than our old side by side. Looks great! Ice maker is small but makes ice quickly and we have had no issues with running out, thus far. My only real criticism is the cold water reserve receptacle. Only 2 cups of "cold" water can be dispensed every 6 hours.

I have had this fridge about seven months and am very happy with it. It is very quiet and efficient. I appreciate the LED lighting, the very versatile shelf adjustments, and the amazing capacity in spite of being counter-depth. The styling is modern and subtle. I also am thankful for the alarm which signals that a door or drawer has been left open. I would highly recommend this refrigerator to potential buyers. My one complaint is with Best Buy's delivery. The men who delivered the fridge were obviously outside contractors. They did not even have the proper equipment to transport it and almost dropped it while maneuvering it up the four steps to the front door. Best Buy needs to have a dedicated, in-house delivery service. But, the refrigerator is great.

Have owned this fridge less than 2 months and the lettering is rubbing off from the water dispenser from normal use. It’s not a deal breaker of course since otherwise the fridge works fine, but it is quite annoying since my brand new fridge already looks worn.

The product broke day one. A fan in the fridge stopped working as soon as it was plugged in. Samsung was called where they took 4 days to decide what to do with it. They let me know what they had no service tech anywhere near me (I am in Seattle...) and that they will have to replace or refund me. They said that it would be another 7-14 business days before their exchange/refund department would contact me, so 3 weeks at that point. I said to give me a refund, but they could not tell me the process of how to remove the fridge from the house and that I need to wait 7-14 days to find out. They said that if I had Best Buy take the fridge away after buying a new one that they would not refund my money. Needless to say, I am without a fridge until Samsung feel it in their heart to contact me. If you are crazy enough to take the ride of a lifetime and buy this fridge, you better pray to god that it works or live in a bigger city than Seattle.
