I even checked the cords but to no avail. Pretty upset with the product since it didn’t even last a year. I guess you get what you paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this product due to its short longevity.

Volume up and down must be controlled by your phone. The sound quality is terrible. Very disappointed in this soundbar! Going back ASAP.
