I can honestly say this is my first disappointing experience with LG. It's sound quality or should I say lack of reminds me of an AM radio. I will be returning it.

Didn't add any improvement to LG TV sound

Only works for new tv's

Dead after 1 montb

Tried multiple outlets and new remote batters. I can only troubleshoot so much before I’m ticked off and talking trash about Chinese products. Missed my return date by 6 days. Blank the consumer right??? Find another product.

Most times it does not work unless I unplug it

I am so disappointed. I have several Bose products and the quality has always been excellent but not the sound bar. I will return it for sure.
