Stay Away!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was initially impressed with the sound quality.. but my thoughts on this project has changed since my neighbours have been hijacking my soundbar! I called the customer service line multiple times, but their “solutions” did not work. I am still getting music blasted into my soundbar in the middle of the night. I think it shows ‘poor quality’ if you cannot restrict others from accessing your speaker. I am willing to pay more for a better sound bar. I will be specifically asking for one that locks usage. This will be going back!

DON'T BUY

Took forever to figure out I could hook up the optical thru the cable box, which ment it wouldn't work with my other devices. Did nothing but add another remote to my collection. I Wanted to see how it sounded before heading off to buy the actual cable I needed. I have an old outdated soundbar. I assumed this would be an upgrade. Such a disappointment!!! TV speakers are just as loud as the soundbar. Definitely taking this back!!!

NO HDMI connection on this soundbar.

In the reviews, purchases said that they needed to buy a HDMI connection cable because it wasn't included. So I bought the soundbar and then a HDMI cable online. I went to install it and found that there is no HDMI connection port on this model. It includes an optical cable, but the optical connection port on my LG TV is hidden so I cannot access it. I am very disappornted. That is the reason for the one star rating.

Junk!!! Don't Buy. Limited inputs.

Out of the box, if you even wiggled the Optical wire a tiny bit, the sound stopped. Today, i moved the soundbar to dust and now i can't get the optical input to work. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO GET SOUND TO THE BAR. So now i have a useless piece of plastic.

Scratch/Dent No Remote, Bad Delivery

It came without the REQUIRED remote to get it to work right! Despite it having been inspected and guaranteed because again, someone doesn't know how to do their job. When I can get it to work, it does sound great. Best Buy is replacing it.
