Great brand great soundbar

On the open box it said everything was included. Reached out to support they stated it's up to the store to give me an optical cord or just return product. Gas & time to drive back to the store wasn't worth it when i was able to purchased it on Amazon for 5.00. Overall great product great sound.

The sound though really depends on which device it's coming from. My 4k samsung tv outputs mediocre sound through the sound bar. Apple devices and my xbox one x produces great sounds with this sound bar.

There is difference on cheaper ones with sound/loudness. Hopefully this is for the 1st one we bought as upgraded.

I normally would buy Samsung sound bars especially for the wireless subwoofers, but I must say this sound bar sounds really good even without a subwoofer.

Not bad but I'm disappointed.

Alas, I was wrong and a tad disappointed. It works, it's just not to my expectations. I'm currently trying to sell it for another brand.

It however works just fine and always connects with good range, just was left expecting more from a LG product.
