The remote works to turn both devices on and off so it is seamlessly integrated. Sound is a good improvement over the standard TV speakers. Sounds great!

Nice Sound, But Defective

But I believe the productive is defective. There are times when you will hear music of whatever you’re watching, but no actual words. And sometimes it completely stops working. Again, the sound quality itself is okay and the price is not, but I wouldn’t not recommend buying this. You get what you pay for. When I bought mine, I actually noticed that several were returned and on sale as “open box.” I bought mine new and still have the above issues.

Posted .Hey there, ChristianM! We hate to hear that your LG - 2.0-Channel Soundbar with 40-Watt Digital Amplifier is not working properly. What it usually means when you hear music, but no vocals you
are incorrectly configured. Be sure to select only PCM 2.0 in the audio settings of your TV. If it is set to Dolby Digital, it will not work well. A sound bar is a 2.0 device, so if you feed it 5.1 signaling, it can act as the left/right speakers, not the center. Now the sound comes at you instead of at the wall behind it. I would recommend this and might get another for my bedroom tv

Very easy to set up and use--no connectivity or compatibility issues. The sound is easy to adjust via remote and definitely enhances the viewing experience.

I didn't have any problems connecting it to my LG tv. But I did buy a mount so I could hang from the tv & save the wasted space on the chest of drawers.

This was used with our LG smart tv and it matched perfectly. It is small and can be fit behind the tv. The sale price was great.
