I purchased open box and was assured all items were in the box. Couldn’t get it set up then realized there was no remote. You have to have the remote to use soundbar, period. I had to YouTube to figure out how to connect. Now I love it.

I was not able to figure it out. It is an ok bar for the price as it is by default better than cheaper TV's speakers.

I didn’t notice it at first, but once I did I can’t unsee it. There’s a delay between people’s mouths moving and their words playing through the speaker. I switched to my tv’s audio to verify that it wasn’t the content itself.
