I purchased open box and was assured all items were in the box. Couldn’t get it set up then realized there was no remote. You have to have the remote to use soundbar, period. I had to YouTube to figure out how to connect. Now I love it.

When our Best buy specialist Linsey Hurst said. It would and recommended that we purchase it with our new tv . Love the sound but now I need two remotes when turning it on and off. Can this be fixed.

I didn’t notice it at first, but once I did I can’t unsee it. There’s a delay between people’s mouths moving and their words playing through the speaker. I switched to my tv’s audio to verify that it wasn’t the content itself.

Connected easily and is controllable with the tv remote. My only complaint is that you can't turn off the power led and it's on all them time.
