Great microwave.

My family loves all of the features. Glad I was able to disengage the child lock. Not needed in this home but great for families with small children. This is coming from a nurse who works in a burn picu. Overall great microwave. I didn’t give it a full 5 because the door swings shut while you are retrieving your food.

Not loud, the finish chimes are nice none intrusive in the home. The things I have cooked are very even. Edges aren’t crusty.
