The sensor cook and sensor reheat are amazingly accurate. One touch buttons are not missed. Getting items cooked right the first time offsets the extra couple of seconds needed without one touch. This microwave is fractionally larger that the one it replaced, but the capacity is 0.5 cu ft larger (so roomy). The only thing that could be better is the trim kit - a stainless steel trim kit would not work in our kitchen. We had to improvise.

Bought this microwave for a cabinet that had the slot for it fits well love how spacious it is. Easy to use and the child lock is a plus. Great and easy connectivity through their app and love the design compared to other microwaves out there

This microwave is massive and heats things quick! I love the black on black! Unfortunately I did have to exchange the first one I bought due to it being damaged before purchase, the staff at my local Best Buy handled the incident professionally and quick. I was so anxious when I bought it and had to come right back once I realized it was damaged, customer service was outstanding!

Bought this for a kitchen renovation after reading the high reviews both online and from Consumer Reports. The performance is great, even cooking slightly faster than our previous microwave. I appreciate the larger capacity, especially the height that many other microwave lack. The optional child lock is a nice feature to keep our small kids out of it.

I love the size of this microwave. It fits much more than the old one we had. It is easy to use amd is really quiet. Good quality. Highly recommend.

Large size. Control layout is similar to the 10 year old one it replaced. It's at least 10 pounds lighter than the old one too, which made it a lot easier for me to install. Works great so far. My only complaint is that the cooking done signal is far too quiet and brief. You would never hear it from another room.

Wonderful microwave!! I had my brother over for dinner and I had to thaw out chicken and usually a microwave will make hot spots and semi cook some of the meat. The one I replaced would cook the outer edges and when you cook it in a pan it’s over cooked, this new one has a feature that keeps your door evenly cooked and thawed as well. It heats well with 1200 watts and is nice and quiet. It has a nice clean look to it and looks good in my kitchen. Very impressed with this microwave so far and I’ve been using it for almost a month. I would suggest this one to my friends!!

Our microwave gave out on Thanksgiving and we needed to do some quick research in order to replace it so my family could heat up their leftovers, lol! The reviews and comments were pretty clear that this would be a good choice and they were right! There is a child's lock feature on the door, that nobody was a fan of, but you can easily disable it so I'd recommend that if you don't require it. We laughed when we read the reviews about the "pleasant chime" but it's actually true - the chime is quite pleasant!! :) If you're looking for a solid, mid-range, microwave - this is it!

My LG microwave is really nice. Controls are intuitive, it is quiet and easy to clean. LG always delivers great products and this microwave is no exception. I highly recommend it.

The door should be made easier to open. Cooking seems fine. We are still trying to get a handle on Sensor cooking.

Stylish, looks good wherever you put it. Works great on every level. The popcorn setting is perfect, not burnt and a couple of kernels left in the bag.

Looks and works great. Heats things up very quickly and is very easy to use. Only thing to keep in mind is you need to use to fingers to open the door to prevent the open wearing out

This LG Microwave is a good product based on size and function. Simple to use and stainless steel adds to a cleaner look.
