This microwave oven looks nice with trim kit and works great

This is a very good microwave in many ways. It is actually our 2nd one of these. This was a replacement provided by Best Buy. The latching mechanism failed on our original unit. After their review they opted to replace it with this newer version. The newer model is the same with a slight trim modification and a few new tech features. We like this unit as it does everything you could want from a microwave. It is always tge same dimensions so it fits perfectly in the cabinet.

Easy to operate and works well. Looks great on the counter as well.

It's so spacious, never have a problem fitting anything into it. It is amazing when it comes to defrosting and reheating, rarely have icy middles. I also love the cute chimes it makes. And when it's done, it makes a melodic "ding dong" that my toddler loves to imitate. I am hearing impaired. That being said, I was told that microwave noises are meant to be quieter due to widespread customer feedback but if I'm in the next room with the TV on, I can't hear it. Wish there was a way to customize the volume to make it just a little bit louder. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love everything about my microwave. Its bigger than I thought it was,but is everything the description states.I love the upgrade door lock and the sleek look it has .very happy with my purchase.

Read the book to turn the side screw to take childproof off… great size and quiet as a mouse … it does interfere with my WiFi Amazon Alexa app.. every time I run it the music playing through the house turns off.. no way to disable WiFi in the app that I found. Online says to move the Alexa to another place in the house… um, no, make it easier to disable the microwave WiFi, I do not need to warm my food up using my smart phone… doh

We are very happy to use this microwave...The door open with child safety feature is a big plus...Very easy to use and quite big to handle all needs...

Quiet, efficient microwave, great value My Best Buy store did not have the trim kit. I was advised to have a custom one made...um, nope! I went on Amazon and got the LG trim kit for half of the cost of the LG trim kit advertised on the BestBuy site. That saved me over $200!

This unit delivers with easy touchpad settings and great interior volume for cooking or warming large meals. it runs quietly and the jingle at the end of a heating cycle is non-intrusive. The door release is the only negative: its still loud, somewhat "klunky" just like the predecessor model. All in all, a good purchase and recommended.

This microwave is really effective and cooks meals so fast. I got the big one and I can fit large dishes in there for my family

Pleased with the shape of the interior (somewhat rounded in back) and the space for large dishes to revolve without getting caught, The exterior looks very nice and the alert sounds are pleasant and soothing. Be aware this is a large microwave and takes up space.

Very quiet. Soft alarms. Intelligently made. Best microwave so far. This one I really like.

You can silence all the beeps, easy touchscreen, easy open and pretty big so you can put decent size dishes in there to heat up your food pizza real fast and power levels are easy to use

I had been looking for some time and consulted a few appliance store about replacing a whirlpool microwave with trim kit. I went into a Best Buy store and a guy on the floor took time to look up dimensions for me and find a store in the area that had what I was looking for. The store I went into didn't have the model LC I was wanting. The trim kit fit the new new unit!

I have been using this for a while now. What I have found is that the control buttons are finicky. You also need the user manual because the control panel does not tell you what the option is that you are choosing. Without the manual it is a guessing game. It works easily enough for simple things like cooking something full power for 1 minute. It you want to use any other function you need the manual. If I had known all of this before I purchased it, I probably would have made another choice.

Best microwave I’ve had to this point. Can fit anything you need and warms things up pretty evenly.

good gets the job done nothing too special and a little confusing but all in all good

I don't like the touchscreen buttons, but overall, it's a great microwave. Does everything I need and looks great doing it!
