There are some nice features but the reason for my overall 3 star rating is that it comes with a rack which is completely pointless in my opinion. the rack is only a few inches above the rotating tray so you can't set a coffee cup on the tray without removing the rack, which is a big hassle, cause then you take it out, put it back. you can barely set anything under the rack and if you are reheating a plate of food and want to put a cover over it, it won't fit. So I'm mostly using the rack, which then doesn't hold smaller mugs or dishes without them tipping. So then I set them on a plate......

I've had this microwave for a little over a month and so far I love it. It cooks good and much faster than the one I replaced. We chose this one because it could be vented outside. The fan/vent work great, fast fan speeds.

This microwave has so many functions and is very roomy inside. Powerful but does not over cook or explode the food.

Excellent purchase. Deal of the Day. Fits in nicely with other applianaces I own. Grandchildren love it. Best feature is the Defrosting

This is a very good microwave fit perfect above my stove.

Microwave looks and works great. Matches well with my LG double oven range and French door in door refrigerator. I like the dark interior color. Would be even better if the microwave interior matched the oven interior blue color.

So much better than my other microwave! It cooks quick and evenly. The front button are glass and not the plastic/vinyl type that tend to wear out.

Getting used to the darkness of the gray interior. I think the light should be brighter.

The only thing we don't like fan is a little loud.

I purchased this microwave a few months back mainly because of the sleek look and touch sensor buttons placed on a glass base. Works great and it looks good with the rest of my stainless still appliances.

Great microwave. I struggled but was able to install it myself. I wish numbers were also quick starts but there are 30sec quick starts.

The perfect compliment to the electric range that I purchased. It has several new settings that I have not experienced before in a microwave. Large interior with removable shelf.

Canceled this purchase, ordered a smaller one 1.8 that fits better. Would recommend if it fits your space.

Door handle is weak. I had purchased a new one and the same thing happened. It breaks inside the door where the screw attaches to the handle.

Do not get this model. The plastic on this model is defective. It's brittle and will crack and crumble with no impact. They're several parts on this microwave made from this plastic. This microwave should be recalled and removed from sale.

This microwave was not the cheapest but certainly not expensive. It has performed well and fit perfectly the way I expected it to. Installation was extra but worth it...easy, quick and painless. This over the counter unit has convenient reheat buttons, a turntable, light, exhaust with different speeds and a timer and is easy to clean.
