Purchased this because of the key pad across the lower door and it provides more direct options. Options include turning off the rotating glass tray, helpful to allow an oversized dish. Sensor cooking is awesome. Easy clean interior is good, a little darker than a stainless interior, so lighting is not a good. Kinda hard to see the interior items. Easy to install and the recirculating fan is good. I don’t have a venting to exterior. The microwave is pretty quite and the has a fan sound when operating. Door positively latches. The clock is small and can be energy saver shut off when idle.

Installed easily, looks good and works great. The only thing that needs improvement is a brighter interior light.

This microwave isn't anything spectacular. It does it's job, but I'm not "wowed" by any of the features or performance. The bottom control feature is great, but I'm left wondering why LG didn't take the opportunity to use the portion to the right of the door for anything more useful than a blank, useless area. To me, making the entire front of the microwave the door would have been more appealing because then, the thing would look magnificent - even if the cooking space inside were the same size as it is already. As it sits, there's this large blank space where the controls would normally be, for no reason other than saving cost - I suppose. The microwave works as it should. It features handy preset buttons for items like "MAC & CHEESE", "HOT DOG", and "CHICKEN NUGGETS", but they don't get much use because they instill no real confidence as opposed to just selecting the amount of time you want the microwave to, well, microwave whatever you put in there. If anything, I'm less confident in those presets because, well, it's a mystery how LG thinks a hot dog should be cooked as compared to 45 seconds of 1,000W worth of microwaving. Nonetheless, the machine works well. The popcorn button is the only button I use that puts the "sensor" to use, the rest is the traditional select how much time and hit "go" process as it's been for the past 20 years - not much to "write home" about.

I like this oven. I bought it open box - excellent condition. It had no issues but I noticed a small dent (not super visible) on the front. Otherwise, it’s pretty perfect. I like that the microwave buttons are on the bottom which is different. I’ll write back about 6 months to a year down the line to see if anything changes.

Evenly heated food for about 1 week and then heating became uneven; noising and rattles; the worse issue is the plastic clip that holds the inside metal shelf melted. Why would the unit be designed so that a critical piece on the inside melts?

We are very happy with this LG microwave. It does an excellent job of heating and cooking anything we have placed in it so far. It is very easy to use and the controls on the window are very easy to use. The placement on the window spreads the buttons apart, so it is easier to find the one you want to use. This location on the glass makes it easier to clean, and the button locations don't get scratched like they do over time when located on the plastic side panel. The fingerprint resistant surface works well and the interior cleans up very easily. The microwave is also quiet and the fan does a good job exhausting smoke. Overall we have not found anything we don't like about this microwave.

Love this. Matches my refrigerator perfectly. Pretty easy to get mounted. The template is off a little on the wall hanging part.

So far so great! I put a lot of time reading and comparing for a microwave. It has a lot of really nice features outside of the obvious it's a stunner! I can't believe how quiet it is. And it fit right on the brackets of previous LG, that was a big concern of mine. Yes it's dark inside but for my taste i like it.

I like this microwave! Although I do have to stand tip toe to see the food cooking, that's ok. It's quieter than I expected. Also nice to have the over stove light. The vent is loud, but not any louder than my last 2 microwaves. It's really sleek and modern looking. Hope it lasts longer than the GE did.

Purchased this microwave to replace our old one. Researched many different models before deciding on this one. Nice to have the controls on the door, they are touch control and easy to read. Microwave runs quiet and looks great. Would highly recommend.

jUST HAD OIT INSTALLED ON THURSDAY BUT SO FAR GREAT MICRO FOR THE MONEY !! SEEMS TO HEAT UP FOOD QUICKLY MY COMPLAINTS IF ANY ARE LITTLE TOO DARK INSIDE SO YOU CANT SEE FOOD AND THEY SHOULD OF MADE THE CLOCK LIGHTS LED TO MATCH THE RANGE AND MAYBE A BIT LARGER BUT NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL..LOVE CONTROLS ON BOTTOM

I've upgraded Our kitchen with LG appliances to compliment my TVs, soundbars, washer, and dryer. This microwave was easy to install, full of convenient, easy features, and the rack has allowed me to warm up food for both Our kids at once.

Months ago my oven range got fried and have been waiting to get a new one. Then this opportunity came up and was too good to pass up, so when I picked up the oven range, I also got the matching microwave. It was easy to put to mount (requires two people) and gives a nice look to my kitchen

Excellent value. Well made. Great features. Really good value. Easy to clean. Special modes for kids to use. Only needs WiFi to have every possible feature. Includes more than competitors at higher prices.

Nice microwave , reasonably quiet , very good exhaust fan . The interior light could be brighter...... just ok . Happy
