like this microwave. modern easy to use. had an lg 1.8 before. almost the same fit. drill new holes to adjust the fit on top. got a lot more functions on this model. got the extended warranty just in case.

Its quiet and changes the look of the kitchen by removing the handle.

Absolutely love this microwave. Looks great without the handle. Definitely a fingerprint magnet. Cooks perfectly. Was fairly easy to install considering I have zero experience installing over the stove microwave. And looks great sitting above our LG Stove with the same black stainless steel

Love, love, love this microwave! After dealing with a Samsung that constantly acted up—random beeping, weird “77:77” display issues, and the vent fan turning on by itself—this LG is a breath of fresh air. It works exactly as it should, every time. The sensor cooking is spot on, the EasyClean interior is convenient, and the PrintProof black stainless steel looks fantastic in my kitchen. Couldn’t be happier with this upgrade!

Very happy with the quality and size of this microwave. There's two things I would change, but this is personal opinion only. 1. There's a 30 sec one touch button two spots over from the Start button. I would move it closer to the start button. Sometimes I'm in the kitchen without the lights and the start button is easy to pick out, but if I just want to warm up some tea, I sometimes hit the clock button instead of the 30 sec button. The other thing I'd like to see changed is the light below the microwave that shines on the stovetop. I wish they would make that an LED. It gets really hot. I have the microwave programmed through Alexa to turn on the under side light for a couple of hours in the evening and by the time it turns off, it's extremely hot to the touch. Again, these are my personal opinions on how to make the product better, but from a performance perspective, I couldn't be happier with it. I even find myself using the built in suggested heating buttons and they work well. The popcorn button is pretty spot on.

The LG microwave works very well and I am happy with the purchase. The Black stainless is stunning. It is more powerful than my older microwave so need to adjust cook times from what I was used to. Best Buy did a great job installing it. Thank you

Excellent microwave. This microwave went in quick and easy. The template was clear for the holes and back plate to hold the microwave above the stove. It is very quiet when used and the LG ThinQ is great if you are heating something up and ate away from the kitchen. You can set a notification in the app onyour phone when the microwave is done.

This LG microwave has been easy to operate, looks sleek in black stainless and operates well so far. Installation went very well, installer was very quick and efficient and cleaned up. Very great service. The light has low and high, vent is average in loudness. Many functions and need to read up on the manual. Love it!

I love buying all my appliances from Best Buy. I was a bit intimidated about installing this microwave, but it was very easy. This microwave has been an excellent purchase and has worked exceptionally well.

So far it’s been working pretty well I think it is better then the one we replaced it with more features and functions
