After hours of looking at every microwave, we opted for this LG model. It was attractive, spacious and had many features we were particularly fond of such as quick-touch cooking and a guide inside the door so we knew what all the bonus shortcuts are. After using the microwave, we found it heats foods far more evenly than our precious model. The quick-touch cooking features are very precise and so easy to use my 7 year old is now independently making her own popcorn, oatmeal and hot cocoa. The exterior does not easily hold fingerprints or smudges and the interior wiped clean with ease with an interior surface which resembles a non-stick surface.

Great microwave and fairly easy to self install, even for a non-handy man. Microwave heats nicely, quiet, and stylish.

I didn't realize how much I used a microwave until my old one quit working. I bought a counter top one at another store but it took up too much room so I returned it. When I saw this one on sale at Best Buy I knew I'd be happy with it. The brand is highly rated, Best Buy carries good quality products and I liked the looks of the stainless steel also. It's very easy to use and is just the right size for the over the stove area, no modification needed. It has so many features that I haven't even discovered yet and makes cooking enjoyable again.

I've only used it for heating and reheating so far and it does a good job with both. Its size is adequate for my needs because I would not be able to lift large, heavy items from this height anyway. (I have a larger microwave in the garage). It is a nice looking unit and goes well with the LG bundle that I bought. The purchase date is different (older) than the date when the unit was actually delivered.

I always buy LG products, they seem to have the best controls. This microwave model is large at 2.0 cu.ft and is print proof Black stainless steel. The installation was simple and replaced the previous oven perfectly. I would recommend product.

Had to find exact size to replace existing. Was easy on app to see sizes. Shipped promptly. Install directions were very easy to understand and had it installed in a few minutes. Works great. Wife is very pleased. Easy to operate. Push buttons have perfect sensitivity. Great look, great function, great deal.

I don't have anything bad to say about the microwave, but we rarely use it. It does seem to heat food more quickly than our last one which I also would say was a good microwave. I also feel this microwave is easy to use. The look of the microwave is much better than our last one.

Our OTR Micro died after several power surges in our area in one day and our local repair people were OUTRAGEOUS in their estimates of repair. The wife and I went out looking and really liked the look of this LG and thought it would look well with out other stainless appliances. Many of the others in this price range seemed quite flimsy...not this one! Got it home, it mounted easily (we were replacing a Kenmore Elite and I found out it was made by LG....and it had the same mounting system and dimensions...yay!) and we've been very happy with the feature set. It is quiet, heats food fast, and we like the 'finger-print resistant' finish. We got it on sale for $100 off and are very pleased with our purchase. The only minor negative we can see is that it is hard looking through the window while food cooks and the dark interior (easy to clean, BTW) makes it even harder...but not enough, in our opinions, to knock it down a star. VERY happy and looking forward to many years of service!

Looks great, does whats it's supposed to. Matches perfect with the LG refrigerator. Nice features. Quieter than my last one. Expensive i think, But if you want the matching set its perfect.

This is a nice looking microwave, and is easy to clean. It heats food very well and is very functional. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's hard to see into while heating. It has a small viewing area on the door.

Nice microwave with good features. Digital clock numbers could be larger and brighter. Hard to see food inside even with light on. LED lights under unit would be better then the incandescent bulbs. Unit is quiet and interior is easy to clean.

Looks great and performs equally as well. I haven’t had it long but highly recommend this microwave. Easy to program which is always a plus!

This is a great unit. It heats very evenly. I did the install myself. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I looked at more expensive models but this model had all of the main features covered and it was at a reasonable price. Pleased.

I purchased this microwave only because we purchased the black stainless fridge. I want all of our appliances to match, I chose this one over the more expensive lg black stainless microwave because 400 dollars for a microwave is bananas to me. Microwave works like any microwave should, has some nice features like the energy saving button, and the melt feature. I do not like how low the metal rack is on the inside, and also there is a black "privacy" type coating/film, that makes it so that you can't see the spinning plate. I guess if you're taller than me (5'3") you could see inside okay, but I don't really get the purpose of this feature. I don't love the price I had to pay, but it works just as advertised and I love our fridge and stove. Also I think that LG could've designed the displays better. It could look much better. Especially considering if you're buying black stainless you probably like things a little more on the chic side. Overall I'd recommend the microwave.

Easy to use. Redid the kitchen and LG with all the appliances I do not use all the features but the size and look is incredible. This microwave does not look cheap at all.

Operates quietly. Useful function buttons simple to use. Holds multiple items to cook easily. Great installation guide. Slightly more expensive than our previous LG microwave, but totally worth the upgrade!

This microwave is a nice size . The best feature that is has is that it is so quiet and the buttons are easy to press to activate.. you merely have to lightly press to activate
