Really love it. No issues so far. Easy to use and easy to clean. Love the exhaust system. Never had one work as good as this one does. It's slightly louder than my other one but works amazing.

Had an older LG microwave above the range, (probably about 15 years old). The glass became loose on the outside of the door, and the door switch would not engage fully due to the integrity of the door being compromised. We bought the new LG since it had the same exact dimensions as the old one, so our thoughts were mounting it would be a breeze... Well, not so much, apparently LG changed some of their mounting positions, so it ended up being more of a hassle than mounting a new microwave due to bolts spaced the same width but not the same depth. Probably our fault for not checking into it first, but why change the mounts for the exact size microwave?? Otherwise- we like the microwave and there have been no issues

This LG microwave is a wonderful addition to my kitchen appliances. It works very well cooking and reheating meals. It is connected with my Alexa and LG app. There are a lot of functions for quick heating by touch buttons in the door. A good purchase.

Just an all around powerful microwave with a clean look

This was purchased as part of my kitchen appliance upgrade. I do not like over-the-range microwaves for a number of reasons, but one is required for my kitchen. This LG unit is unique in that all of the controls are along the bottom. This gives it a much sleeker look, and the controls are easier to access. There are a couple of disadvantages with this design. 1. The door is wider. This means the swing distance is longer. I thought this was going to be an annoyance, but for me it has not been an issue. 2. It is more difficult to see inside because the bottom portion of the viewing window is replaced by the controls. For me, this is a minor annoyance. My biggest complaint is the indentation/grip for opening the door is on the right vertical side of the door. LG should add a grip to the bottom right of the door. This would much easier to reach. I like that the exhaust fan has four speeds. The touch controls are easy to access, well laid out, and work well. The door is solid and I like how smoothly it latches. The oven is just plain good looking. The bottom mounted controls allow for a very sleek appearance.

This microwave was awesome and the gentleman that helped us at Best Buy was amazing! He helped us find what my grave is gonna work best for what we use it for and how much cooking we do and where it’s located above the stove. Excellent purchase highly recommend

Very easy to install. Extremely happy with the quiet performance and ease of use. This is my second LG microwave. Oh! It’s 2 cu ft and take no more space than my previous 1.7.

I like the design without a handler so the fact is flat and modern looking. Low noise and easy to use. Sensor cooking is helpful.

Solid Product. My Samsung died on me after less than 5 years. Did some research and ended up buying this LG. It's been a great addition to our kitchen. It works great and is pretty silent while operating.
