Had my LG Microwave for over a hr now and still loving it. Food is warmed up perfectly and the defrosting setting works great too.

The microwave works perfectly. This would be even better if it had a couple more features like a lit display and the Quick function menu on the outside of the door so you don't have to open it to see what the numbers mean.

I made this purchase with a lot of skepticism just based on a few of the reviews from other customers. I followed my intuition anyway and bought this model, and I have to say, I have no regrets. The product exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. Setup was straightforward, and it works exactly as described. I’ve had no issues so far, and it has proven to be a great investment. If you’re on the fence like I was, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Very nice looking, works well. I love the sensor cooking options. The vents are much better than previous microwave. It heats quite quickly. Still trying to use the Wi-Fi features. The door being longer than most style microwaves took time to adjust to.

This LG microwave has been easy to operate, looks sleek in black stainless and operates well so far. Installation went very well, installer was very quick and efficient and cleaned up. Very great service. The light has low and high, vent is average in loudness. Many functions and need to read up on the manual. Love it!

Microwave pre-set functions perform well. Serious problem with controls placement along lower edge of microwave door. Small light colored print with no illumination make controls very difficult to read. Their placement also blocks view of low items cooking on the turntable.

Love this microwave! The look is sleek and it works great. Size fits all I need and very easy to work. There is no handle to stick out and flush with my cabinets. Very happy with my purchase

A very stylish microwave that has a very impressive set of features. We use the microwave for reheating and defrosting things from the freezer. The LG unit determines the time needed to defrost and stops. Popcorn settings are similar. If you need to be reminded of the end of any cycle of use, the LG unit has an app that can alerty you to the end of the cooking. It comes in handly if you are watching something in the other room

I love buying all my appliances from Best Buy. I was a bit intimidated about installing this microwave, but it was very easy. This microwave has been an excellent purchase and has worked exceptionally well.

This unit works great and it has a great exhaust fan system to pull vapors off when cooking on stove
