We were a bit hesitant when only doing our microwave browsing online, but to be honest the sleek look of this LG microwave, all the bells and whistles it came with, the fact that it incorporates LG’s ThinQ to not only wirelessly control but also pair with our LG slide-in Range, and all at a fair price point really was a wise decision. Sometime later we have no regrets and neither will you!

Beautifully made, easy to operate and clean. Sadly, now all of the other appliances look shabby so I’ll be making a couple of more visits to Best Buy. Thank God for their no interest program.

This was bought to upgrade the standard builder’s grade Whirlpool microwave that came with our new home ( LG fridge and gas range were already changed ) It looks great ! Very easy to use and maintain . Quiet . Over range lighting is great at either level. It is such an upgrade from the Whirlpool in looks and function.

Good microwave, solid price, cooks food quickly and evenly. Easy to self-install with a drill and an extra set of hands.

Great microwave. Looks nice, easy to use controls and preprogrammed soften and reheat works well. If you’re under 5’5 though it’s hard to see in the microwave while it’s cooking because the controls are on the bottom (so the window is higher). I thought I might dislike the gray interior, but I actually like it. The sound it makes when it’s done cooking is a little different, but I don’t mind it.

Very large microwave with seemingly infinite settings. Sometimes it’s just too complicated. To clean, I’ve found using blue shop towels with vinegar windex works best to remove fingerprints and grease splatter.

The nightlight issue: We bought this microwave in early December. Overall, we are happy with it. The one issue we are unable to resolve is that the nightlight goes out when the new LG range burner turns on and the fan turns on automatically. The nightlight does not come back on unless turned on manually after the burner and fan are turned off. It is the weirdest thing and we’ve had the LG technician out but he wasn’t able to identify the cause. The schedule is set correctly and the light works. The microwave and range are both connected to wifi on the ThinQ app and the only suggestion the technician gave us for resolving the issue was to disconnect the range from the ThinQ app. He was not very helpful in troubleshooting and was dismissive of why we were bothered by the problem.

I bought this online and you know how it goes you kust hope for the best but ill tell you i cant complain this is so sleek and ot works great!! Everytime we use this we say we’re so glad we chose this one !! We neber thought we would care about a microwave so much lol

Upgrade from our still working microwave purchased 22 yrs. ago. Hope this one lasts as long. Like the functions such as can easily set temperature to precise degrees. Reheat choices numbered 1-5. If you choose the wrong setting it will chime when it is ready so you can end the cycle. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the menu choices do not light up so it is very hard to read as your eyes get older. Looks easy to see in the photo but trust me, these 72 year old eyes struggle.
