So far, I’m very happy with it. i’ve only had it a short while I like the ringtones and the functionality.

I had an emergency with my old microwave and was able to get a quick turnaround with this LG microwave. I am very pleased with it as it takes me no time to heat up whatever ai choice to make in it. Extremely uniform temperature and very quiet. Easy to use and program the settings.

Beautiful microwave! You can touch numbers 1-5 and it will automatically start.

Pretty easy to install. Love the design.so far it has worked well. I will say the app features are not as useful as I'd hoped

Looks great and works great. We are very impressed with the function and aesthetic of the microwave. From the neat little chimes it makes to the stainless steel look. This replaced an ugly 10 year old white microwave and we installed it ourselves. I will say not to rely on the included diagram alone when making the holes.

We absolutely love this microwave. Delivery was amazing. Directions were really good and figured things out pretty quickly.

I’ve had it for two weeks so far and I love it ! It’s a variety of settings you can choose from and warms up our food super quick. I also like the little tune it plays when your food is done it’s cute lol.

It's a beautiful unit that looks great in my remodeled kitchen. And so far, the performance is as advertised. I chose it over a unit made by the same company that made all my other appliances, even though I could have saved more money on the bundle.

Im very pleasantly impressed with this microwave. It meets all of my needs and tgen some. And the reminder beep when your food is done is a game changer. No more getting distracted and forgetting you heated something.... an hour ago.... lol. Great job LG.

I love this microwave. Works great, great fan, great looking microwave. One thing i wish was different is that the buttons can be annoying to touch. Sometimes you tap a button, and you notice that it didnt sense your finger tap it. It always works but i find myself being consious about how i lay my finger on the buttons to be sure it activates the button. Otherwise, great features like autosensing etc.

Everyone who has seen my new microwave has commented how well it matches my stove and how stylish it is. When i tell them how easy it is to clean they are even more impressed.

Don’t really use any of the features that they advertise

It is everything and more than the description about it. I would have paid more for this but I’m glad I didn’t have to.

This may be a weird selling point, but the timer and cook chimes sound so much better than the annoyingly loud beeps from my old microwave. This one doesnt wake up the entire house. I think install would be pretty straightforward, but it weighs so much that I did have geek squad install it. Didnt want to break the cooktop below! The app is kinda gimmicky, but cool if you want to set a timer remotely. Overall, im happier about this microwave than the run-on sentence I just created

I never thought I would like an app for a microwave but I love it! It texts me when the food is done! Whaaaaattt?!?! I just turned the night light off from my couch. The look is spot on, sensors spot on. LG really knows what they are doing. Just recommended for a friend and they are getting one too.

Sleek, modern and space age. So glad we went with this model.

So far so good, have been using it for about a month and I am happy with my selection. With so many options in the market it was a bi overwhelming decision but I am glad I went with LG. The fan has 4 speeds that I find useful and love how spacious it is compared to the other ones

It looks beautiful. Some people think it’s a TV. Vent and light work well. Easy to use.
