    easy to install. i like the chime when food is finished. lots of touch control options. i don’t like that there is not a rack which i was used to with my other LG. I’ve had this one for 2 weeks and so far so good.

    Took advantage of Black Friday sale and this was our bonus buy. This is a very nice microwave oven and all of its features. The side handle is the best feature if only to make it look even more streamlined

    In general terms it works very well. I would have liked the ambient light to be led instead of incandescent. I would think that the WiFi mode, once the power goes out, would update the time, but it is not like that, you have to update it from your cell phone.

    Very nice microwave and I love the look one cool feature is that if you have a newer lg stove you can set it up to turn on the over the range light and also the fan as soon as you turn on the cook top

    It works well. But one of the letters on the digital display went out. Wouldn’t you know it, we were a month past the pitiful one year warranty. It would cost more than the microwave is worth to have a service provider show up to look at it. LG won’t help you. Apparently they make dogsh*t products and don’t guarantee their work.

    I'm glad I purchased this microwave due to all the features. I love the app for all the appliances. I popped a bag of popcorn and the app indicated that it was completed. My husband said that's a smart microwave.

    Nice looks good and they installed in under 30 minutes. I just can not figure out how to change power level or input my own cook time those 2 buttons do not seem to work

    I deeply regret my purchase. The black glass on the appliance shows even the smallest stains from food steam, and it's extremely difficult to remove them. Although the stainless steel is supposed to be fingerprint-resistant, it only applies to the edges. The surfaces we use the most, such as the time and number settings, clearly show fingerprints. Overall, it's been a terrible purchase, and I regret it wholeheartedly.
