I bought this product on October 18 2023, and installed it on December when my kitchen remodel was finalized, so even-though the purchase was 16 months ago the product only worked for 14 months. It was working great for one year until it suddenly stop heating two days ago. I reached out to LG and they offered to replace the magnetron, but I have to pay for the labor. LG authorized repair service quoted me $180 plus taxes (around $200) for labor. It looks to me LG knows the magnetron on their microwaves will need replacement after a year of service, that is the reason for only a year warranty on labor. I won’t be buying LG again, a microwave is supposed to last longer than 16 months.

Hired geek squad to install. Called them back to level. Still crooked.

I bought this microwave and had it installed. When I tried to register the warranty I realized that there was no serial number in the area that it was suppose to be. The area was blank. I contacted Best Buy and they said that I had to uninstall and take it back to the store for replacement. No offer from them to come and uninstall and replace the oven. Is this a hot product?

Microwave fits perfectly in the over the range cabinet. Nice power, quiet operation, easy to use. Impressed so far.

Great microwave easy to use . Very slick and attractive design. Definitely bigger then i thought it would be once I put in its place but fits perfect. The chimes that go off are pleasant,no loud irritating buzzer noise its a soft jingle that is almost nice to hear. When heating up food a nice white soft light comes on inside you can cleary see the food inside the microwave.

Standard size for above the range. I like the pocket in the side to open the door. The chime is pleasant. Sleek looking microwave. I live the combination of stainless and black, it goes with just about everything in my kitchen. Easy to use.I like the preset times for various meals.

Great microwave! Very pleased with the performance and ease of use. Looks great in my kitchen and is a perfect match to my LG stove. The size is just what I wanted and allows me to cook in all sizes of dishes. The Black Stainless Steel is a great color and I love how it looks and it is easy to keep clean.

I’m very happy with my LG 2.0 cu. ft. over-the-range microwave. The PrintProof black stainless steel finish is sleek, modern, and does a great job resisting fingerprints — it always looks clean. Inside, it’s roomy enough for large dishes and the EasyClean interior really does wipe down quickly. Cooking performance is excellent. The sensor cooking option takes the guesswork out of reheating and defrosting — food comes out evenly heated every time. It runs quietly, and the ventilation fan and under-lighting work well over the stove. I also appreciate the smart features, like ThinQ and scan-to-cook, though they’re not essential for daily use. My only minor downsides are that the touch controls aren’t backlit (hard to see at night), and setup with the Wi-Fi app wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

Love the look and works great! Easy to clean and the preset modes heat to the correct temperature.

We’ve been using the Frigidaire MVEL2033F built-in microwave and it’s been a great upgrade. It heats food evenly and quickly, and the power level is noticeably better than our old unit. The controls are straightforward and responsive, and the interior is easy to clean. Design-wise, it looks very clean and modern once installed and fits perfectly in our cabinet cutout. The door feels solid, opens smoothly, and the unit runs relatively quiet compared to other microwaves we’ve owned. Overall, this microwave does exactly what it should with no fuss. If you’re looking for a reliable, good-looking built-in microwave, this is a solid choice. Very happy with the purchase.

Had it for almost 1 1/2 years now and no issues so far. It's not a super high performer, so don't expect a large bowl of soup being hot in 2 minutes - but that's ok with me. What I really dislike are those touch buttons. Being touchy as they are, and dark, and not outlined, I am many times either missing them, or touching them accidentally. For example: Cooking big, guests are almost sitting down, rushing to get the last steps done including heating something up. Throwing it into the m.wave, quickly pushing the "fast 30sec" button 4 times ... and it registers only twice. Or: heating up milk, watching for the moment that it starts boiling with my thumb over the stop button ... suddenly m.wave stops because my thumb came too close. Another annoyance is that pressing a number immediately starts the thing, so if I want 40s, I first need to find the secret Cook Time button.

So far I'm loving it! Looks great, works great, couldn't be happier! I accidentally left the damper out when I installed it but not really sure it would have fit to begin with and hasn't been an issue. I will say fingerprint resistant is a joke but it cleans up easy. I was concerned it's a little less powerful than the older unit it replaced but it cooks quicker, must be more efficient. This was an over the range replacement. Vent works great! Love that there are 2 intakes, one on each side So far, no complaints, I would highly recommend
