Needed a replacement over the range microwave and this one is great!! large and heats well. Fan and light are both powerful.

We like all the features this microwave has. Such as, soften/melt for things like butter. Easy clean in side, option to turn off the turn table and that it's really not that loud when it's in use.

I would highly recommend this LG microwave. The price was good for this product. So quiet it's hard to hear it running. Touch pad is very nice. Love it !!!

The Best Buy Installation team did a great job installing it. Very professional, courteous and fast. I highly recommend the Best Buy installation & haul-away process. The TotalTech plan was a great advantage when buying 3 appliances at once. I highly recommend it.

Great product, it takes a little time to get used to it but I really love this product, it's very efficient. The print proof is not really print proof but it is very easy to wipe off with a mild detergent or window cleaner. The exhaust fan has pretty good power to take up almost any smoke or steam. The microwave just takes a little getting used to the interior color which is dark like the inside of a stove but very easy to clean.

I am very happy with this microwave oven...it is actually much bigger on the inside than the one it replaced. It is easy to clean and easy to use. The light is fantastic as well as the fan.

This microwave is a huge upgrade to the Kenmore microwave I replaced. It is designed very well to use every bit of available space inside, without the need to make it larger on the outside. It's very clean looking and no exhaust louvers on the front that are difficult to clean. Everything wipes clean easily and the black stainless steel looks amazing. Even the inside looks stylish with the same color as the exterior. Lots of cooking presets and a convenient guide inside the door.

Cooks fast and evenly, easy to use, wipes clean easily, and plenty of room. Love the rack inside, and the option to turn on/off the turntable. The program/cook sensor works better than expected.

This micro met all of our expectations. It is very easy to use. I did a self installation and removal of the previous. Installation was fairly easy.

I have had 3 microwaves in my house in the 10 yrs I have owned it. I bought the house new and it came with all GE Profile appliances. After about 3 yrs I had to replace the tube in the first one, but the unit continued to make a horrible noise. The unit had quit working completely. Before I had the tube put it, the tech assured me it would take care of the racket. It did not. A few yrs later, it broke again. I called GE and they gave me a discount on a new $500 one. In December of 2017, the micro was arcing and almost started a fire. I purchased an LG from Best Buy. Again, I did not buy the cheap model. The only two things I have found that I do not like about it is the fact that it does not have express keys for 1-6 minutes like the GE does. You have to punch in the minutes like 1.00. The other is that they have a shading on the door and the window to see into is a rectangle in the middle of the door. I am only 5 ft tall, and I cannot see into it without getting on a stool. At first, I thought it did not have a light in it. I am 75 yrs old and should not be having to get on a stool to check my cooking. LG needs to redesign the door so everything is visible in the whole door. I would recommend if the person is 3 or 4 inches taller than me.

Perfect size, larger than most inside, easy to install, and easy to set up and use. Great price on top of that. A+

I was set to purchase a model that was 1.6 cu. ft. I had found on line. When I went to the store to order it, I found this model at 2.0 cu. ft. with more features and at a better price.

This microwave works great and looks beautiful in our kitchen. It warms food quickly and evenly. It’s easy to use and clean.

After reading all the reviews, was scared that all of them had a track record of failing right after the warranty expired, so figured would go with a mid-level model. Nice things: looks great, easy controls, able to install myself (A miracle unto itself). Cons: many of the short cuts are not intuitive, so still figuring out the tricks. Also, is louder than our old GE Microwave, which is a little annoying. None of these are enough to say I may a bad choice though, so overall happy with the purchase.

I like the features and the size of this over the range microwave. The fan speeds on this microwave are much improved over my old Maytag microwave. I replaced the Maytag microwave because the handle broke after 3-4 years and it cost $70 for a new handle. I got the LG microwave for $259 so it was slightly more than I wanted to spend but it wasn't excessive. I saw a Samsung OVTR microwave with similar features for about $50 less that I wanted but my wife wanted to have the microwave come from LG since we were getting a refrigerator and gas range from LG. The refrigerator was the main reason why we went with LG.

Microwave was easy to install myself, its a great looking microwave that works great and doesn't sound loud.

Purchased this model with the PrintProof stainless steel (extra $$) instead of the regular stainless steel one. It looks nice, does resist fingerprints, and is quiet. The only negative is that the window is half-blocked and dark so can't see most of the food/drink when using. Had the same model 18 months ago that stopped working and my credit card extended warranty reimbursed for the cost for a new one. Although this is the same model, it is quieter. I do hope it lasts.
