Last week the microwave stopped heating. LG tech came to repair it on the 3rd, but did not have the right parts- they automatically order a new magnotrometer, apparently they go out quite often. After troubleshooting they are ordering a new transformer. If returning the microwave was an option, I would have a different microwave right now.

Previous microwave no problem viewing, so this is a surprise. I’m 5’7”” tall and need a step-stool! Controls require very hard press! I usually need to press repeatedly—very annoying.
