I could set the clock, but the fan would come on and the display showed door open. Called LG and they sent a tech out a few days later. The control panel was replaced and all was well. It was thought to be a stuck relay but for it to be DOA was alarming. I have had no issues with the microwave since and it is a nice addition to our kitchen to match the side by side LG refrigerator we have.
