Having the settings on the vertical is much easier than the horizontal settings we had on the old microwave. Very happy with how the new microwave is working. The Best Buy crew did a great installation.

One feature I'm still evaluating is the stainless rack in the middle which I have to remove for taller items. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the operation since I'm one of those with an aversion to reading product manuals.

The new LG microwave was conveniently installed in the exact space of the old unit by the Geek Squad installers. It is fast and easy to clean, with a no fingerprint stainless steel finish.

Good Microwave so far

Large interior, great sleek look. Install was a bit tough due to the provided documentation not lining up the best. But all in all another exceptional product.

Perfect fit and larger than the 1.7 it replaced. The only negative i have is the light inside is not bright enough. I have to almost kiss the glass to see. If your short, its impossible to see cause you cant get that close. Overall we love it. Hm...wonder if the bulb or led could be replaced?

To be honest, we don't do a lot of microwave cooking; I think I use the timer more than anything! That being said, the clock is so small, dim and set so high on the screen that I have a hard time seeing it. The inside of the microwave doesn't light up as it cooks so you can't see if food is bubbling over or anything.

It's easy to use, cooks quickly and evenly, and has a pleasant sounding chime when finished; and the chime continues in 30 second intervals until the door is opened to remind you that there is something in the oven. We have several LG appliances that we're very pleased with and this is no exception. Happy to have it.
