Good Product

First delivered to wrong house by UPS, finally received after 8 p.m. Difficulty finding contractor to install (took over 2 weeks). After finally opening box, noticed that microwave case was slightly dented (upper right, rear side), but not visible after installing over range. In future, will only make purchase in store, and will have Best Buy install to alleviate headaches experienced with this purchase.

Only complaint is the hard to read digital numbers, which are very dim. The time display on the unit it useless, as you can barely read it standing right in front of it. My older unit you coal read from across the kitchen. Other than that one issue, good unit.

I like the turntable off option and the controls on the side. Replaced a Kitchenaid that died prematurely. On of the fan covers keeps falling out. Fan is somewhat noisy. All that being said, out of the choices I had, I would probably still purchase it.
